Het hotel ligt in een parkachtige buitenwijk, geschikt als etappestop of voor bezoek aan Rouen.
De kamer is slim ingericht. De badkamer is goed geoutilleerd met prima sanitair.
Het receptiepersoneel is zeer attent. Zonder annuleringsrecht was het hotel bereid de datum kosteloos te verzetten.
Het bed, matras en kussens zijn van hoge kwaliteit. Daarom is in te denken dat het hotel schade door incontinentie vreest, maar het plastic onder laken en sloop doet grote afbreuk aan het comfort (wordt klam).
Het hotel kampte duidelijk met personeelsgebrek. Het schaarse personeel moest enorm multitasken. Het waarschuwde netjes dat het diner van een cateraar kwam, maar de magnetronmaaltijd die we voorgeschoteld kregen was zeer teleurstellend.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and supportive. The bed was very comfort and bathroom well appointed. breakfast was good with a range of quality items.
there were only two minor points: evening dinner was prepared off-site and reheated - we did not bother; the other point was the lack of chairs in the bedroom.

The hotel was perfect for my purposes. I had my car with me so parking was free and plentiful.
The staff are young, bright and very helpful.

I did not use the SPA facilities though many people did.
The breakfast was perfect, just the way I like it with plenty of fruit, yoghurt, bread, cold meat, cheeses and a selection of hot food options.
The hotel lives up to expectations in every way.

The two young ladies at reception ... One called Emora.( I think) .. We're absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much triouble .. they behaved like true professionals, naturally wanting to provide a five star welcome to their guests.
