Fidèle à la description. Très calme et bien entretenu. Le personnel est très aimable. La piscine est très agréable. Je recommande vivement.

The rooms aren’t big enough according to the price.There should be separate bedrooms for the jacuzzi suite.

Für die Übernachtung um zum Jetty Complex die Fähre nehmen gewählt. Es ist perfekt. Sauber und Komfortabel für eine Nacht. Es ist natürlich kein 4 Sterne Hotel, aber der Preis passt sehr gut zur Leistung! Mit Grab für 1 € (unter 5 RM) bis zu Jetty in ein paar Minuten.
Es hat alles gepasst und die Frau an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Die wollen eine Kaution, da ich aber nur mit Karte zahlen konnte haben Sie es nicht gewollt.

Second time staying here. Absolutely love it! Good pool, nice rooms, very comfy beds, spacious bathrooms, nice staff, good location.
The plug in our sink did not release once pressed in but it wasn't a huge deal. Was offered a different room but stayed in ours.

This hotel is lovely but the location is not good. The beds are comfy (2 pillows!!) and the bathroom was really big. The pool is nice and clean also.
The location is terrible, there is no food or shops nearby. Stay nearer to the main are by Cenang Beach where there is a lot more restaurants and things to do.

Fairly clean, and quite spacious for a 3-person room
wish that the bedsheets and towels are white in colour, usually these are the standards in hotels so that we can see whether they are truly clean
Also there was no elevator available, had to climb stairs up. not a problem for us but might need to be mindful about it before booking if you are bringing an elderly /disabled person

The staff was very kind and I really like the restaurant the food was actually yummy the pool was so awesome and I like how close it was to The jetty complex. I had to book at the last minute and it was so easy and I was able to check in right away. The room was amazing I love the shower head in the bathroom everything was so clean and very comfortable
No fridge or microwave in the room. Put a lot of hotel rooms usually only have one or the other and I was able to get cold drinks downstairs

Near to the ferry terminal. Very clean and near to the most popular ikan bakar permata . The room is comfortable compared to the chenang area. This hotel located at Kuah area hence many cheap restaurant nearby. The night market (wed & sat) also walking distance. This hotel even have their own restaurant with affordable pricce

The clerk at the counter was very good. She would help us with our problems in the first place
The hotel beds seem to have psyllids, and my family feels itchy and can't sleep well.

a fair bit of noise from the dogs next door. a little far from the beach bars etc but the local area had plenty of good food and drink

The room itself is comfortable and the location is quiet so I am able to have peace of mind staying there. Spacious and large bathroom as well
Room lacking wardrobe and lack of hangers but overall that's the only complaint I have.

All I like. Excellent service. And I like that my aunt cleans the room very sweetly and well. The room is very tidy and very comfortable. Bed comfortable. Toilet very clean. Environment very good.. I give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
