The house was clean and well appointed overall. Things seemed almost new. The kitchen had sharp knives.

The heating and cooling unit did not really work until we finally opened it up and found heavily clogged filters. After we washed them it seemed to work better, but didn’t have a full day to see if the cooling ever worked better. The hot tub had a lot of tree debris in the water. The pics are deceptive because it is in a very loud location right over a very busy intersection with very loud dump trucks going by all day. The numerous chemical air scenters were headache inducing.
