The cottage was lovely, beautifully renovated, tastefully furnished and decorated. Very well equipped and the parking space was a real bonus on a narrow and tricky lane.

The only downside was something outside the control of the owners, namely the noise from the nearby A62. But the double glazing did a great job of keeping the noise down.

The location was beautiful and views completely stunning. Wendy and Gary gave lots of little touches inside the cottage to make you feel comfortable and completely at home. Excellent hosts. They were wonderful. Husband and I loved the cottage experience.

Nothing to complain as although they are brilliant, they cannot control the weather. Unfortunately for us, it was the wettest weekend imaginable so it just means we will just need to return to properly enjoy doing some walks.

Location was ideal for us to visit our family who live in Golcar. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
