Everything was great. The rooms, food, bar, spa, service, etc. And the location in town is amazing. The only place to stay in Cortina for a ski holiday.

The rooms themselves are not huge, but understandable given the location. It is also on the expensive side.

Fantastic staff. Great amenities. It was our honeymoon and they really went above and beyond with the welcome they gave us. Great location and in room services.

Maybe offering free parking. To have to pay an additional charge (though not too expensive) for this seemed unnecessary given the price of the room and that the area is not a major city (I imagine most guests drive to the hotel).

Spa was lovely, service very friendly and rooms we’re very comfortable and clean.

Great location, brand new hotel with amazing attention to details, rooms spacious, comfortable and service impeccable! breakfast amazing choices with food was delicious, homemade and freshly made. Spa was included, beautifully designed, services and facilities impeccable.

A modern and very well run hotel with friendly staff. We particularly appreciated the valet parking service in Cortina which has very few parking spaces near the hotel. Highly recommended.

There is no air conditioning and there is no kettle , also there is no free parking  There is a parking put it costs 25 euros per night which is a lot since we already payed a lot for the room

very weak shower, takes 5-15min for shower to get hot, the pumps of the provided shower gel and shampoo don’t work well, room is so well insulated that room can only be cooled down by opening windows which makes the room noisy. Parking is 400m away which is not very convenient.

The staff was beyond accommodating. My parent and I were celebrating our honeymoon and they surprised us with champagne and sweet treats each day (even gluten free ones for me!). The food was DELICIOUS at the hotel, the morning breakfast were superb. The spa has the best view, best massages & treatments. The saunas and whole facility is magical! We cannot wait to go back!
