Super clean plenty of space

The unit was very nice and met our needs, with one big exception below. There's a lovely pool area that we did not use, but access is out the front door, through a gate, and around to the back. Location is on a nice quiet street very near I-95.

The Roku TV did not have a basic cable subscription, which was not clear in the listing. You needed to use your own streaming service, which we do not have. Make sure this is corrected if you want TV. We gave the owners a list of suggestions, like a dish rack (there's no dishwasher), a clock, instructions for the thermostat and how to open the pool gate (which was not obvious), moving the microwave off the top of the refrigerator, shelves in the bathroom, etc., but got no response.

It was clean and nice location.

Poor property management.
