Very convenient to the airport, a good basic hotel with everything you need for just a quick stopover. Breakfast was complete and had awesome fresh juice!

It was a little more run down than we were expecting from the photos and reviews, but it was our stay was still very good.

Nothing I like

It says Marriot but definitely not Marriot quality. They are not able to add my Marriot points, no shuttle service to airport on Sunday. Avg breakfast. Definitely not worth the price.

Very close to the airport. Nice staff. Comfortable bed. Hot water in the shower.

The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming! That's a big deal for me, and I was more than pleased. The breakfast was also pretty good. The selection is small but it's tasty and it filled me up until the evening. It is very clean, has lots of plants and is close to th airport. As a solo female young woman in a foreign country, I felt very safe and at home. It's also very quiet!

I was disappointed to find the room didn't have a fridge, microwave nor a TV. This is room is just to have a safe and clean place to sleep, nothing more. Also, there aren't any nice views. My window faced a parking lot and some construction(that I didn't hear).

This hotel cancelled on us less that 24hrs before we were due to stay via a message service and then charged us for the stay as we were 'no shows'. We only didn't attend as we were told we could no longer be accommodated. Finding new accommodation last min before we travelled was a real disruption but to have our refund request rejected, and contact with the hotel ignored is extremely unorganised and unprofessional of them. They clearly have lost track of bookings/cancellations/charges and cannot be trusted. Very disappointed.

Very quiet. Eficient check in.

The only minor issue was,I arrived late at night, it was dark outside and not immediately obvious where to go. The door did not open, I had to knock on a side window to get staff's attention. But, as I said it was a minor issue.

Didn’t get the room I booked and got charged more. We didn’t get any towels and had to ask for them. The shower seemed old and was very small.

Close to airport, clean, safe, nice breakfast, and food value for a late arrival and place to sleep.

Basic amenities but fine for the nightly rate

It was close to the airport, easy to find. Nice breakfast, best pinto we had in Costa Rica. The room was clean and the bed is comfy.
