If it is your first time in Guntur it is for far one of the most luxury and comfy hotel, the staff and food is what I most enjoyed.

There is no uber service, you have to choose the hotel transport which is not bad, but I like to have options.

The Stay and also I love the Masala Tea in breakfast

I know it was a busy day, but on 25th morning breakfast time my breakfast table was neglected for almost 20mins. I came by 10:10am and I was asked to come back within 15mins as the day was busy, I agreed and came back at 10:30and then at that point they were working on closing the breakfast counters. During this time I experienced that the food not almost finished and I had to wait for the food to refil, this was still ok. But I found no one attending us at our table. I had to call for cutlery, to fill the butter, Jam, and provide the Dosa and amulet order. I was really upset. However later the supervisor came to me apologised and explained the situation was an accident and shall be more careful about this in near future. Also He personally took care of us until we finished our breakfast. I did advised him to be more cautious as this was my second visit and I also got my family recommending this property which also included the hospitality I was happy about. It all got sorted eventually.
