The hotel room and design is good n comfort.

A little bit noisy

The warm water pool is the best for me. The room is good and clean, everything works perfectly. We have the mountain view, the insects (tongeret) sound so loud at the afternoon. You will feel the forest vibe. One evening, we open the door to the balcony and one insect flied into our room causing some shock hahahaa. I guess i'm not that into nature. Car park is good, plenty of space.

The breakfast is poor, that's definitely NOT a 5 star standard! The breakfast place is also too small for this magnitude of hotel.

New hotel with very unique layout

Location

On breakfast : Ketan with sambel oncom is something different - you must try one, maybe they can serve other variety of local food such as surabi oncom, surabi kinca, etc... than lower quality asians food (sushi and dinsum). Swimming pool is great even it was not warm water (no issue from me), but need to build second pool somewhere as some guest will need ample time than only one hour lazy-ing at pool side (considering the hotel is a leisure hotel not business hotel and the price we pay). Room is OK considering cleanliness; even compared with other 5* hotels in Bandung GAIA is smaller. Noise outside room is not fully soundproof.

Need further improvement of the taste and quality for sushi (not fresh) and dinsum (if you cant make a good dinsum - better to delete this in the menu). I am not sure if I miss reading the info or not written by Booking.com that the gym is not ready yet.

The view n the location is good

The facilities are not complete n very standard. The taste of the food is usual

the location is strategic, such a big hotel with a nice view.

The health protocols needs an improvement. such as limit the numbers of people in the restaurants (esp during the breakfast).

despite still having some part constructed, it disnt bother the guests and the views… the views is the selling point on good day you can see mountains top. the pool is exceptional, the warm water and long infinity pool facing mountain view is excellent the room clean and comfortable bed and full amenitiea with good room slipper and robe. free beverages and local snack is appriciated, also there are colored pencils and wood block for children to play is a bonus the location is not bad with several good restaurant within 10-20 minutes breakfast bufffet is okay pretty standard but the choices is a bit smaller compare to standard 5star

here it is: 1. what kind of hotel on this day doesnt have usb plug?? this baffles me, there are no usb plugs anywhere, and asking the staff also didnt help as they say they dont have the head plug for usb. seriously?? 2. the bathroom dont have exhaust fan and you can see on the wall above the bathroom to the sleeping area the glass divider is open… either unfinished or poor design choice. as you can imagine the sound from the bathroom transfer clearly to the bed area and the room is not big as in the distance between bed and glass partion of bathroom is very close. 3. still the bathroom, the hot water is not stable, while showering the cold water still squirt occasionally and make the whole showering experience less enjoyable. also the shower head above is okay but the handheld shower pinned very low so for me this is a feature that are not well tought out by the design. 4. oh my god the worst of all, the sound insulation is not fitting for the 5star rating… you can hear every person passing the hallway in front, the noise from above room where the child play with woodblock also can be heard. i am unfortunate enough to have a 2 room from mine at almost 12 midnight bell rungs and knock on door as apparently their friend inside already asleep while they just got back and with no keycard… yes it was that clear the apund of bell 2 doors away can be heard. i am not sure if this hotel have done a teat run… they should. this particulary make me hesistant if ask will i be staying there again 5. last small details… when i call the reception area they actually didnt know from which room the called came from and i have to corrected them for my room number… this never happen before in a 5star hotel
