L'emplacement du logement était très bien, proche du centre ville. La place de parking était appréciable aussi. La pièce de vie était spacieuse. Le quartier était calme le week-end.

La porte de la salle de bains était posée par terre, dégondée, il n'y avait donc pas d'intimité. Le raccord électrique du sèche-serviette était à nu , dangereux. Les stores du couloir sont en mauvais état. Il n'y avait pas de sèche-cheveux alors qu'il était sur la liste des équipements du logement. Le plaid du canapé serait à remplacer ! Il n'y a pas beaucoup de vaisselle, trop juste même pour 2 personnes.

Totally below expectation, product is not matching advertisement, which is just dishonest - strong smelly odour once we opened the door, bathroom door was completely off since arrival, blinds next to the bathroom are broken as well, so everything is visible when you use the bathroom!!! Out of 4 lights in the bathroom, 3 are broke, no facility either, no hairdryer as advertised, though seeing the hygiene and poor smell around the house, we wouldn't dare to use it. Sofa is covered by a worn-out plaid and upon recovering the actual sofa underneath, it was full of white particles which is simply dirty and gross. Cloth hangers all over the wardrobe floor. The apartment is simply not well maintained and not up to the standard they claim to offer. Reported all these to the owner (a group called "Mon Groom", not really a private host, https://www.mongroom.com/) right away, sent them all the photos as requested by them, they told us they would contact their "maintenance team right away" and get back to us "as soon as possible", we heard nothing since, except for the scheduled message to remind us to leave the next day by 10am so they can "clean". Apartment is also not sound proof, loud neighbour above. We changed our booking to this apartment, but we really regret not just going to a hotel with the same price and much better rating instead. If you read this, just book a hotel, DO NOT recommend this at all. Will complain further.

Needs a lot of upgrading , kitchen sink leaking collecting in a bucket, terrible smell. Picture in the aid in fact belongs to the next building. Tv and washing machine not working.

The location was fairly good relative to the town Centre. Whilst there was not parking provided there were available parks around the corner. Had netlflix available.

Very substandard accommodation. Seemed like a cheap renovation with tiles and cupboard doors missing, very favorable photos. Asked us to take out rubbish but provided no bin bags, or tea or laundry detergent for that matter. No kettle, no iron. The washing machine did not work and the owner did not assist. The bed was also uncomfortable, was actually a sofa bed. Not sure how this rates so well…

The location was excellent. So close to the town and a choice of supermarkets within walking distance. Clear instructions for locating it. Great size place lovely and clean.

Basic facilities and the bed was not comfortable- it needs fixing underneath- one side slopes into the middle making sleep uncomfortable. Would have been good to have some wine glasses too.
