The speed of the WIFI

Just loved everything about Sinclair Lake Chad. It is in a very good and strategic location in Abuja. The customer service from staff such as Mr Femi, Marvelous, smiling Sarah, funny Blessing and other team members - front of house, potters, cleaners, security was exceptional. The overall ambiance was welcoming and I really liked my clean and spacious room.

The location was fantastic. The in-house Restaurant was great as well. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The facility was very clean as expected.

They start calling you since 11am to remind you about check out, and by 12pm they start knocking your door.

The staff were pleasant and the location was good.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I had back pains the whole stay. Also, having used Sinclair since September 2021, I expected a discount. Especially as another guest I referred was given a discount for the same room type and the same duration of days. The time for breakfast was put at 7 am, but still wasn't ready as of 8:15 am when I left the hotel.

I liked everything about the property. It is at the heart of Abuja and made my touring of Abuja very easy and smooth. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The staff at the reception desk, the cleaning staff and the staff at the breakfast room were very attentive to all my needs and provided for them. The security staff were equally helpful with my luggage and were very courteous all the time. I like the hotel and would definitely be back,

The strongest selling point of the hotel is its location. In addition, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff and cafeteria staff were very courteous.

The window of my room faced what may have been the staff area and/or kitchen. It intermittently was noisy due to staff talking loudly and also the smell from cooking in the kitchen entered the room.
