The area I like was near the beach.

The place not nice...you can't sleep properly of the noise of cars outside I the road and the service was bad .no towels in the bath room.I really waisted my money and the wifi always of.I report it to the people on duty they didn't care.

We booked two rooms for 5 people and then only got one room with 4 bed and one bathroom. Friends had to find alternative accommodation due to the error.

The only thing I liked about this place is the fact that it was close to the beach. Otherwise I had the worst experience ever.

The room we were allocated was horrible and dirty. Nothing like the pictures advertised. The toilet was dirty and smelled like a cockroach infestation. No plugs. Just a very horrible experience. We ended leaving 2 days before our check out time and had to book another place.

Someone was smoking marijuana and the smell reached my room. The room can also do with a fan since it gets very stuffy, so you need the door/window open which lets in a lot of noise from outside.

The only thing was the location, it was close to the beach and close to some restaurants. Also the cleaning service that came every morning to clean up the space for the day.

To be honest, we did not like the property at all. Our stay was for 3 nights. We couldn’t make food as there was no stoves, no cutleries as well. The plugs in the room were for the television and fridge only, there were no plugs close to the bed to charge devices. They didn’t have enough toilet paper in the room, we had to ask for toilet paper once we finished using that roll. The shower had two small tubes with blue liquid inside it. No label whatsoever. We weren’t going to use it but it still reflects bad when you put something in the shower and you don’t know what kind of product it is. The bedroom also did not have closets for our clothes. The bedside lights did not work at all.

There's nothing I liked. The hotel is on a very busy street. It was very noisy with cars hooting for the short time I was there.

I was hassled. The owner of the property is incompetent and illiterate. He has to consider going back to school. I had a booking for the 10th of April to checkout on the 11th of April 2023. I checked in at 3am on the 10th of April, coming from far, and the receptionist did not tell us that if he checks us in at that time, we would have to checkout 7 hours later. What was taught in school is that 00:00 is a new day and not the previous night. I arrived 3 hours into the new day. Your receptionist could have told us that he couldn't check us in and that we would have to wait, I would have simply gone to a better hotel that would accommodate me. When they called for me to speak to the owner, he did not want to listen to my lament and did not allow me a word in, he was extremely aggressive over the phone and called me disgusting things. He profiled me like any racist would and insulted me. I will never return to this establishment and will take this further because this wasn't just appalling services, but I was robbed.

1. Extremely noisy 2. I was booking an appartment, only to find that it was a hotel room, with only fridge and kittle inside. 3. The TV did not have DStv, it only had Netflix. It was extreme turn-off for us. 4. I requested a safe parking, only to find that it is a street parking. While they told me it was 100% safe (upong arrival), I wasn't confortable, especially with a vehicle bearing foreign number plates. 5. I was so uncomfortable at the place, that I decided to forfeit my money, and left after only two nights (while I was supposed to take 5 nights), and booked somewhere else. 6. There is no means of heating in the room. I told the owner, who told me to go to reception to ask for extra blankets. The room was generally cold, and it wasn't about blankets, so I didn't even bother. I thought he might suggest a heater, at least.

I loved the friendly staff, especially the guy that works day shift! He was extremely accommodating and very helpful! The hassle free check in and leniency when it came to check out was absolutely fantastic and stress free!!! This hotel is a must if you are planning to stay around this area!!!!

The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't a pan to use for cooking... So if you planning to cook please bare that in mind... there is however pots as an alternative.

The room had a weird a smell. Just put maybe something in the room to make it smell nice. Just small details that they can maybe look at. Other than that is it nice to stay there.
