Loved the house, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for the perfect stay. Also really enjoyed the little suntrap back yard. The milk, cake and biscuits welcome pack was great especially as we were desperate for a cuppa on arrival! The little reading area was a definte plus for us as well, it has a wide variety of fiction for both adult and children and some local area information. What was really useful was the folder of information on the house and surrounding area supplied by the owner. Took a while to find it though, maybe leaving it on the table for arrivals might be helpful. We didn't have a car and the house is an easy walk to shops, restaurants and local bus and train services although the last bit of it is uphill on the way back!

The house was lovely very close to the centre of Dawlish. Well equipped and very clean.

There is only street parking outside the property. We did not manage to park outside at all during or stay, but did manage to park on streets nearby. The kitchen is very well equipped but a washing machine would make the house perfect.

Clean and cosy. Scones and clotted cream was such a lovely touch.
