Great location, friendly staff and neat and clean rooms

So close to transport and getting around the city without any trouble. Laundry facilities were good.

Close to very busy road, so noisy at night. Oher customers from construction industry were also very noisy late at night.

Excellent location for attending event at Suncorp. Walk across the road to shopping centre for a meal and also to Toowong station and train 5 minutes to Milton station. Easy check in. Room was good size with comfortable bed. Bathroom on the small size but okay. Good shower. Free undercover car parking out the back.

Room at front of motel had some noise from traffic in the morning. Not a problem though. Would not deter me from staying again.

The full cooking facilities in the room were only a toaster, microwave and kettle. There was no stove top or oven, Although a Bar-b-que was available it was outside in a public area.

Location was close to shopping centre

We have stayed at the Benson on a number of occasions & it is always great - so lovely that the staff welcome us back each time. Very comfy & good value. Thanks again.
