location to " downtown" Gov't Camp was good ... furnishings were well appointed & mattresses , bedding , towels, blankets were plentiful , kitchen items sufficient . Rhonda as an ambassador & fixer was a saving grace !! Very competent , helful & gracioud

Lighting in bathrooms , sleeping arrangements somewhat off if more than 3 adults ( or couples ) are utilizing the property, instructions for use of items ( TV , overhead fans , heaters, hot tub , snow & ice abatement, Difficulty communicating w/ off- site staff , navigating the communication lines between Vacasa & Booking.coms , notification that property is at the top of a steep incline road that is not plowed / maintained & last but not least , the roof is metal & the ice & snow falling on it from the trees may sound like an avalanche throughout dsys & evenings ... especially on the upstairs loft floor . The hot tub worked 2 of 4 days thanks to Rhonda who came out on 2 separate evenings to assist. Initial call to office & speaking to Daniel was not a courteous or pleasant experience as upon arrival ice w/ snow cover prevented access to front door & parking... apologies did not get the job done , nor did his further suggestions . Very disappointing until Rhonda was dispatched 2 hours later ...
