Every aspect of this booking sadly it was only one night stay but the host is superb she keeps you updated all throughout the booking process inc lead up to your arrival with accurate instructions on the location and access into the apartment.
There is a lift to the apartment and Once in Wow Wow Wow it was so superb beyond expectations super clean, fresh smelling, awesome bathroom, fab kitchen, the living space is top quality. The bed is super comfy, you can help yourself to lots of different types of hot drinks bottled water and even a bottle of Wine!
The splash pool on the roof is fun and quirky overall I can't recommend this apartment more highly a big thank you to my host for the messages throughout really loved the way I was able to relax after the job was done ... Thank you again I will certainly return if called back to Gibralter again...

Check in and check out was very easy with the keys ready in a lockbox on arrival. Some essential amenities were included in the bathroom such as toothpaste, deodorant and shaving cream which was very helpful for a short stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, safe and just 3 minutes from my office. My host was friendly and responsive, I would definitely chose to stay again.

2 lifts available. Very clean condition. Very central location. Natalia was very helpful when we had questions.
Pool showers on roof sometimes lacked water flow pressure. Neighbours left litter by pool on Sunday 6 August.

We really enjoyed the roof top pool, great for taking a dip after a day exploring in the heat. The central location was great with plenty of shops and restaurants a short walk away, the accommodation itself was compact, but equipped with everything you could need in a clean and modern studio flat.
The TV position in the flat wasn't great, and there is no table to eat at if you cook your own food.

Central location, very clean modern apartment, excellent communication, comes with accessories hair drie and iron etc.
The views were not great, but it's Gib, so you have to manage your expectations as a trade off against location.

Great location, and great communication from host. We felt so welcome and loved all the small touches around the place, from toiletries to fairy lights over the bed. Such a lovely place to stay. And the pool on the roof was incredible!

Very clean and cozy studio in a perfect location for exploring Gibraltar.
The apartment is equipped with all the amenities you may want/need during your stay and welcome wine was a very nice touch.
Natalia, the host, is always contactable for any questions you may have, which is a big plus, especially if you are in town for the first time.
The Residence, as the building is known, features two terraces on the 6th and 8th floors perfect for lounging in the morning and evenings. Roof top pool is an added benefit.
The Residence is literally around the corner from the Main Street and right on the steps to the Moorish Castle and Top of The Rock, making it an ideal choice for shopping and sightseeing.

very clean and modern. Great location and lots of good amenities on site like a sun Terrace and Plunge pool. Host also provided a complimentry bottle of wine which was a lovely surprise.

Location is great. Apartment is super clean in a modern newly built block.
We were lucky when we were there that either there we few people on the same floor as us or they were quiet. On the last morning, there were some noisy folks in the corridor and we noticed that the door provides very little sound deadening. So if it's quiet - perfect, however with noisy neighbours it could get problematic. The A/C also was non functioning when we were there. We could have done with it, but the weather wan't super hot so the provided fan was used. If you need to open the only window/door, the street below can be noisy.

Very close to Main Street, the room is modern and clean, with everything you need, and I love the soft quilt and bedsheet!
The wash machine is hard to understand each function and not easy to open it’s door, and it is better if the bathroom has a place to put things.

The studio is much better than any hotel in Gibraltar! Comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of towels. Host left a bottle of wine and water! Special shout about the rooftop pool,I had lovely time there in the end of November! And what a view from the roof!
