Beautiful location and setting, The price was high and for that price should be an all inclusive resort. Staff was awesome and so nice.

Price was expensive, and should include food and drinks.

We can’t say enough great things about our stay! Firstly the property is beautiful! The pool area looking out to the ocean is breathtaking! The jetty leading out to the private beach was stunning! The rooms were also very well decorated and well kept! The on-site boutique store Coco, had so many beautiful items for sale as well! We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning that had so many options! The restaurant Vita- was also delicious! Spent many nights unwinding near the Cave Bar with a cocktail and sitting by the water! We loved that every night we would return to our room being turned down with a nice bottle of water and a set of macaroons! This resort was really top notch, all staff members were so welcoming and helped us plan any excursion we were interested in and always made sure we were taken care of! We cannot wait to plan our next trip back!

Amazing facilities, gorgeous views, awesome staff. Team really works to make sure your every need to amended to. Coordinate taxis for you, private villa with pool was out of this world.

Not on "main strip" so have to taxi to dinner every night. Food options at resort limited. Service time at restaurant are very long

I can't emphasize enough what a fabulous place this was. It felt like we were in Santorini, Greece. Rock House is out of the fray of Grace Bay. It feels special and beautiful and the staff was over the top amazing. Always helpful. Always smiling. Always accommodating. We ABSOLUTELY loved it! And we absolutely would stay there again and again and again. (We rented a car so getting anywhere on island was easy peasy.)

We didn't not like anything! The resort is still in it's development, so maybe coming back when there's a spa on-site and tennis courts? But they have spa treatments offered in your room until they have an on-site spa. So I honestly can't complain.

Decor, comfort, staff friendliness and availability. Also, loved the yoga on the pier! Excellent all around. Very chic hotel.

Restaurant service was slow. Otherwise, food and staff were all excellent!

Overall the property grounds and common areas, guest rooms, gym, pool, private beach are all lovely looking and very comfortable and clean. The sea is clean and a stunning blue, the sand pristine, the pool gorgeous, the gym very well appointed, tons of great amenities in the bathrooms, bed comfortable with great pillows. - The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch, as was the daily bottled water supply. - Loved that they turn down and refresh the rooms every evening. - A few of the staff were great like the front desk folks and a few of the servers. - The food was pretty good quality and fresh, if a little bland and limited.

The service was mostly quite poor - slow, forgetful, absent, incorrect, non-responsive. Aside from a couple of standouts (Robert, Rashad, the evening house keeping and a couple of the wait staff), they were usually nowhere to be seen, we had to wave them down multiple times just to get coffee. - The same lady seated us every day for 4 days for breakfast and not once did we get a "good morning", nor a smile from most of the folks. - We heard most of the other guests complaining about the same things - late orders, wrong orders, forgotten orders, or complete nonchalance so it certainly wasn't just our bad luck. - I imagine it's normal for the island but the cost of nightly room, plus all the taxes etc, as well as the food was very poor value for money.

The one issue is there is construction going on and the area behind the hotel is huge construction site. I think we should have been alerted to that because the noise was at times annoying.

beautiful, clean property. the pool was gorgeous (never overcrowded or filled with screaming little ones— we love kids but wanted to have a relaxing few days to unwind). the beach is on the smaller side but it is secluded and quiet, and no one was on top of one another.

The actual property was farther away from town than I had expected

The breakfast was included each morning and was very delicious every morning. You were able to order whatever off the menu and it was not limited to one entree per person to be included. One morning the service was a little slower but keep in mind you are on island time. We had nowhere to be, so it wasn't an issue for us.

Had to drive to get to the main strip of restaurants, however we desired a more secluded location
