The apartment is spacious, great location on the beach, lovely pool

The cleaning and maintenance of the apartment is not great, the floors were filthy, the kitchen cupboards had food splashes all down them. The tv in the bedroom doesn’t work, the extractor fan doesn’t work. The bed in the second bedroom is uncomfortable with broken slats. The whole place needs some TLC, to be worth the price they are charging. You have to collect the keys from an office 15 mins away, which is a pain! There is no reason they couldn’t use a key lock box at the property!

It was quite modern and was actually as nice as the pictures were. The apartment was furnished quite modern and tasteful.

Good sized apartment with large windows facing north and west allowing in lots of sunlight and offering good views. Good location as the building is right on the beach and close to Tallebudgera river and Burleigh Heads.

Balconies very narrow. TVs not working properly. Property was nearly 2 km from the nearest food stores and restaurants.

They have put in a new kitchen which is excellent They have put block out blinds in both bedrooms which are needed as the apartment is on Gold Coast Highway and Noisy day and night. They have replaced new modern basins in both bathrooms

There is no dining table and chairs. There is a high wooden breakfast bar with high backed breakfast chairs which are up to window facing the Highway which we never used so if we didn’t eat out, we had to have it on our knee on lounge. There is no coffee table so Your drink you had to put on floor. You have to collect keys from Currinbum. So if you don’t hire a car which we did. Usually we get taxi from airport but you would have to get taxi to the office and he would have to wait and then take you on to unit. It says sea view but you can only see the sea from a narrow Verandah down one side. The unit block is on sea front but this unit is on the back and is on Gold Coast Highway. There were a few unfinished touches still to do. The towel holders were rusty and needed to be changed I do feel it was a bit overpriced,

it is right on Gold Coast r freeway which was fine, but no heads up about the building works across the road rediculously loud had to close the windows and doors to cut the noise out and there was no aircon - other than that lovely unit I really missed a table to eat dinner at, there is a high bench with high seats mum had a bad back - ate a lot out

Location was lovely Bed Was comfortable Very roomy and spacious

Cochroaches in the apartment. (But it was a building issues - residents mentioned it is getting fixed)
