Love the proximity to all the wonderful things in Grampians! Love the proximity to nature and animals right at your back door, Kangaroos, emus, ducks, parrots, cockatoos, just amazing!! We love the entertainment amenities, videos, netflix, boardgames, cards, fantastic selection of books!

Plastic hot water kettle, it will be good if it is replaced with stainless steel or glass, broken/chipped plates, very dirty bbq top that we need to clean multiple times before we can use it. No sponges to clean the plates/utensils, so have to use dishwasher all the time. Creaky timber/wooden floor on the 2nd floor.

the floors upstairs are so loud that you cannot sleep when in the downstairs bedroom. every time anyone moved up there you were woken

Space & Location

Hairs on the floors everywhere and uneven floor on first floor.

The townhouse is spacious with everything you need. There is a private parking space and the outdoor area is very good with comfy chairs. The lounges were also comfy. There is a restaurant within walking distance and the town is only a short drive away. Such a pity the emu's didn't come to greet us.

The floors on the first floor were very noisy when someone was walking around. This is very annoying when there are people sleeping downstairs. The water pressure on the first floor is very poor when water is in use on the ground floor.

The property was clean, comfortable and had the best view of mountains, kangaroos, emus and bird life from the rear balconies.

The view was amazing, just needed more toilet paper and better pillows but everything else was great!

Fabulous view and great facilities provided within the unit. Fireplace was lovely

Nothing really

Upper balcony with a lower fenced area allows young children and adults to experience the local fauna. Great view.

Maybe some bread and jam available for those of us who did not get to the shop in time. Local information brochures.

Great apartment it had everything and I mean everything PEACEFUL / FLAME HEATER /ROOS /EMUS /DEER / BIRDS Right at your back door.

Only down side flooring on upper level noisy when walking on.

Great location, exceptional views , just like the advertisement. Wildlife at the front door.

Kitchen knives could have been a bit sharper. Knife sharpener would be a good addition.

Spacious and had everything we needed!! A short walk to the pub and an easy walk to town

the location was perfect and beautiful. Lots of wildlife roaming around, super close to bars and restaurants as well as all the sites and walks around halls gap. the facilities in the house were also very good, everything we could need was provided for. would definitely recommend and would probably book again on our next trip to the grampians. the communication throughout the booking process was also really attentive and pleasant, put us completely at ease.

could’ve been a bit cleaner but didn’t put us out at all. bed rooms were spotless and bathroom facilities were clean. just the floors and seating areas were a little grubby but nothing that would put you off.
