There was a mix up when we arrived which meant I paid the invoice and then as we were checking out we were told that we had more to pay as the person that was on the day before had calculated our bill wrong! But other than that location was great for us, room was lovely and the breakfast was also pretty good. My children loved the view!

The rooms were lovely and clean, beds comfy. Staff were nice throughout the hotel.

Hidden costs. Parking charge of £12 wasn't mentioned until arrival along with having to pay for WiFi in the room. But these are relatively small issues.

Everything was exceptional. Love staying here. So convenient for rugby at Sandy Park.

No comfortable seating in the down stairs bar area only low back seating with no comfort

No internet access without paying and the lighting in the room was very confusing. Sat Bav does not take you to the right location to enter hotel and took nearly an hour to navigate to where we needed to be as the sat nav took us mikes and we ended up at the same place.

Location on the ring road, SATnav always tried to take you the wrong way and you end up in the country lanes and unable to access the hotel

Breakfast was very good and we loved the inter-connecting rooms for families.

The bar downstairs closed at 8.30pm on New years eve which was a little disappointing. There was loud bass music from the party on 8th floor, which was loud on 5th floor until 1am.

Unable to open window or get the heating below 17.5c. The frosted glass between the bedroom and bathroom is just wrong, who wants to see their partner on the loo (gross).

Location at Sandy Park is ideal for the rugby, but little else. Quite a long drive into Exeter. Beware that Google Maps does not know the correct entrance.

The location and the views.

The Bistro because it is a business area, not suitable for a meal. Also the View restaurant, it was not clean, badly laid out and understaffed. The £12 parking fee is ludicrous.

Breakfast was lovely with plenty of selections,cooked food was nicely done,not overcooked, and plentiful. Location of hotel was perfect for our needs on the edge of the city and not too far out. Facilities looked excellent and the view from the restaurant was lovely

We have stayed here before and once again it was excellent in every way! Fantastic room, spacious and well equipped. Brilliant breakfast, everything you could want and more! Lovely location, perfect for getting pretty much anywhere in Devon!

Great location for travelling onto Cornwall

Ques at the bar were far to long. Only 1 person serving I waited over 20mins to be served. Devon burger was terrible, no taste just greasy and bland. Again I waited over an hour for my food because of a mix up in table numbers. If it was extremely busy there would be no issue but a very average night with last than 30 in the dining area

The room was fabulous, the bed was really comfortable and it was lovely and quiet. It was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We had a delicious evening meal and breakfast in the morning. We loved the choices of breakfast items and it was cooked superbly.

There was nothing to fault....maybe some more milk in the hotel room.

Drains, you could smell them all over the property. I’m sure this was just a temporary thing though and staff were apologetic

Great breakfast. The tea and coffee was all a bit confusing and could do with some clear signage though.

We had the soup for lunch on Monday. It was expensive and honestly the worst thing I've ever been served. It was potato soup and was disgusting - tasteless and slimey, we went to deliver a workshop that afternoon hungry as we couldn't eat it.

Reception staff were exceptional. Really friendly and accommodating. Provided great service and communicated everything well. I would visit again based on the interactions and the room quality.

Went to breakfast late and it was way too busy for the amount of staff/equipment in the back creating a bottleneck on what needed to be done etc but it was still nice and pleasant for the price. I would probably go earlier for breakfast in future.

Excellent to go and watch rugby, under 100 metres from stadium entrance, and could park in front of the hotel.

The hotel is exceptionally modern, so the style and architecture were very much to my liking. Breakfast was also really good and the staff were very helpful.

I thought it was slightly closer to Exeter Town Centre, but even then, it's not that far from the centre anyhow.
