Tak, śniadania były bardzo smaczne, duży wybór dań. Miłym zaskoczeniem było podawane do śniadania Prosecco oraz możliwość spożywania posiłków na zewnątrz restauracji. Bardzo przyjazny, miły i uprzejmy personel recepcji.

It is easier to build nice building than provide high quality service. We were late for a breakfast and were given only 15 minutes ( 5 people familly) to finish breakfast because personnel had to eat. I was in many hotels and never experience such lack of hospitality.

Good wi-fi
Close to the lake and calm location.
Balcony was nice.
Kitchen was well equipped. You can cook. Dishwasher available.
Coop supermarket is in next building.
Would be nice to have at least salt and pepper.
Kitchen hoods is not functional (there is no pipe).

Nice staff, brand new resort, good location, walking distance to the Lipno lake, local restaurants and other facilities. No entry keys and cards needed, just PIN codes to access the Resort and room. Good breakfast.
Just a little bit noisy refrigirator, but in general no complaint :-)

Quite expensive in low season, underground parking is not free.

We stayed here for the second time and enjoyed it much again! Clean rooms, friendly personnel and large garage. definetely a place to return/book again.

Really nice and comfortable room,and nicely located balcony (we saw the lake),walking distance to the lake or ski slope or restaurants
Extra fee for parking in garage,to expensive breakfest...and overall price for accommodation was pretty high..with this price could be breakfest for free

Great new hotel, with good location. Parking available for extra cost, but worth the money.
Everything else is charged extra, would be good if at least something was included in the hotel price. We stayed 3 nights and paid 16k CZK in accommodation, plus breakfast plus we would pay quite lot if we wanted to use pool or anything else.

The hotel is beautiful and staff very friendly. Really good location and clean - perfectly clean. Hardly to find a negative point in these.
The breakfeast - there's not really much space to sit down, difficult with trolley and also not so many variety of food is served. I would say it's a bit overpriced for what it is.
The beds - the mattresses are really hard hence no comfy at all what is a bit disappointing taking into consideration the beautiful room you are in.
Payment for each facility - all facilities are excluded from your rate and needs to be paid extra therefore it would be quiet expensive stay if you would like to enjoy any of it with family.
