L'appartement très bien agencé. L'équipement proche du neuf et des belles surfaces de chambre

Le logement est placé au dessus d'un bar. Avec la chaleur et le bruit jusqu'à 2h du matin du jeudi au samedi il n'est pas convenable de louer un appartement le week-end. Sans climatisation il n'est pas possible de fermer les fenêtres. Ce n'est pas reposant du tout. Pas de bol le dimanche soir c'est l'appartement d'en face qui nous a fait entendre sa TV jusqu'à 3h du matin. Quel dommage,. l'appartement était super

No caffetiere in kitchen but other than that everything was fine

Location was very central to Cognac's Place Francois circle where all local streets branch from.

Beautiful, clean apartment with wonderful beds, in the centre of town. Our hosts made sure we had all the information we needed prior to our arrival and responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommended!!
