Convenient location

Black pubic hair in the shower Only 1 towel for a 2 guest booking “Cleaning materials” no washing up liquid or tea towels to wash up Bedroom tv has no remote so couldn’t use it Beds very uncomfortable

The fact it was close to our friends whom we were visiting..

There is a barrier to enter this property, we had not been sent any information on codes or how to enter the property itself..had to make numerous phone calls to owner , who was on holiday, It was pure luck we turned up sometime as other people who were staying there to attend the same party ...they had the same problem on getting in ... it was a resident who kindly let us all through the barrier...he wasn't very happy saying this is a problem every time ..... The apartment it's self , is basic .Take your own towels as the ones left out are quite small...also no teatowel . It was some where to put our heads down, but glad it was only for 1 night ! Things were tired ,and bed linen quite shabby , clean but well used ........ Also couldn't get the TV to work ,1 control had no batteries in .All in all a tired place that need a bit of cash input !!!!

it was missing some cutlery and basic stuff

The smell on this property is horrible. Very strong smell of smoke. Owner aware were finding another place as asthmatic and couldn't deal with smoke smell. He said okey. As he cannot find another property for us to stay in. When I ask for refund he deliberately said he is unaware that I didn't stay at his place, and he could find... etc etc...I rang and message him, saying left property. Liar.. loads of air freshener won't hide the smell..

Very modern with all facilities

The facilities were great, everything you could need . The decor and furnishings were modern and of a good standard. Would definitely book again .

Although the apartment was clean there were and few little areas that needed a bit more attention for example around the plug holes in the bathroom .

Clean, spacious and comfortable. The apartment itself is thought out well, especially the bedroom upstairs with the glass floor - great feature!

Everything was fine, could have been a bit cheaper on price.

We originally booked a different property with a different company, however after arriving we did not feel safe staying there- after having a quick look on booking.com we came across this apartment, after speaking with Modou we had the property booked and had arrived within 30 minutes. The communication was great from the initial contact to us checking out, the apartment was lovely and clean, it had all the facilities that we needed, it was warm and we really enjoyed our stay.

nothing- the stay was perfect. we could not find the duvet for the pull out sofa but given how last minute the booking was this was not an issue.
