Es gab einen Brötchenservice. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Sehr sauberes Appartement.
Fenster im Schlafraum ging nicht zu Öffnen. Sitzkissen für Balkonstühle fehlten.

Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung sehr begeistert. Alles sehr gemütlich und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

The service from our host Marion and the location of FlexenLodge was sublime. Also the garage is super nice as we arrived by car.
The apartments could use some more hangers for ski clothes and the sleeping pillows could be better. Apart from that, we loved it!

Marion ist einfach die geborene Gastgeberin! Sie hat unsere späte Ankunft organisiert und war immer per Mail für uns erreichbar. Vielen Dank!

Das Setup hat uns richtig überzeugt und wir haben direkt wieder gebucht. Brötchenservice, tägliche Reinigung (grob) und Wäschewechsel ist möglich, ein Depot für die Skiausrüstung ist vorhanden. Mit einem Aufzug vom Nachbarhotel kommt man direkt auf die Piste und zurück. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und mit Marion haben sie eine super Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Sehr gute Lage, modernes und bestausgestattetes Ambiente, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, beste persönliche Betreuung. Wir haben uns (es war bereits der zweite Aufenthalt in diesem Jahr da, einmal in Männerrunde und jetzt mit Familie) rundum bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Appartements lassen keine Wünsche offen, sind modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Betten sind spitze. Hunde willkommen, für uns ein wichtiges Kriterium.

Tolle Wohnungen mit Liebe zum Details. Marion ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Holzfasssauna ist top.
20 Euro pro Nacht für unseren kleinen Hund extra.

Stunning location. Marion was super helpful and very friendly. She telephoned around to find which restaurants were open as the village was only just opening up. We used the sauna which was great value. High end property with the best views down the valley. We travelled with our dog (large) who was welcome everywhere and there was lots of good dog walking direct from the property.

Easy to negotiate a time for check in and pick up via the app, followed by a warm welcome, a great tour of the facilities and introduction of the room. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and provide a great place on sunny and rainy days. Nice surprise to see the sauna. All in all providing great convenience and luxury. Huge thanks to Marion providing us with great info and a really positive experience.

location is tricky - if you are not skiing in and out, it is difficult to take the shuttle (transfer) to St Anton or expensive to take a taxi (60 euros)

Clean apartment with modern features and a well integrated kitchen. stuben is a quiet town but well connected with ski in ski out.
Rude and sarcastic lady running the reception who insisted on pestering us everyday about the location of the tv remotes. Strange and gave off a really unwelcoming feeling (who takes tv remotes out skiing with them, anyway?). If you’re Austrian/ German she seemed to get along well with locals. If European / English id consider elsewhere. Apartment wasn’t cleaned only towels replaced every few days.
