the furniture needs a lot of cleaning. Acs needs cleaning. very poor tv no parking. it does not deserve yhe amount paid.

Clean and very comfortable

Not spending enough time to enjoy the room

The guy on the front desk is dishonest, unprofessional, self servicing and is shady to deal with. I desperately needed accommodation for a couple of nights and I turned up directly to ask the price (like I was advised by all the locals) and he deactivated the Booking.com link and inflated the price by 50 and then 100 SAR right infront of me, exploiting my situation and stopping me from booking on Booking.com. I l was treated like this despite me being a returnee customer and I left in protest. Prices are constantly being over inflated and people are being ripped off. Also I am sure he let himself into my room to make himself comfortable and smoke on my balcony when I was at work. I find him to be more interested in protecting his own shady, self serving interests than doing his job. Once I was kept waiting 20 mins to check in again, as he spent the time making phone calls in the bathroom. Totally unprofessional and shady person to deal with. Ruins the entire experience of staying there.

It was close to Riyadh Boulevard and Diriyah

In the pictures I saw a washing machine but there wasn’t one available, we had to ask for water rather than it being available in the room, and some areas in the apartment needed maintenance.

Location was good.

Service and Facilities was very bad. The shower was in pathetic condition, even after changing rooms.

No cleaning or housekeeping service every day unless you request it

The property has a beautiful and unique room design and decor. We stayed in the suite with the privet swimming pool, which was clean but a little small.

The only downside of this property is mosquitoes and ants. We woke up the next day with dozen of bites. This made the whole stay questionable.

everything else is bad and. As an example, we saw cockroaches in the room which indexes how bad and dirty was the place!!! not recommended at all.

The Cleanliness of the place.

All was fine, no issues

- spacious room - good and practical amenities - location is great for my work - smart tv

- soap is bad quality, need another brand - no laundry services - no views, and curtains has to be shut as neighboring building roof directly overlooks the room windows

I love staying at Diriyah, it's a quite place. I like the vibe and decoration of Malfakum, it's cosy and comfy.

That wasn't my first time booking Malfakum, but it was the worst. they need to take care of maintenance for doors, lights and toilet. door handle was broken and the other door wasn't closed properly, only one lamp is working and the toilet wasn't really clean!
