The cabin’s were so comfortable, I love that you have a little kitchenette, table & enough room to move around.

The hotel was totally unique and fun. The staff was terrific and it was the first time I have been shown to my room by a staff member.

The only suggestion is I feel like we needed more hooks or more ways to hang towels and such in the bathroom.

I enjoyed the snacks and coffee provided. It was super handy to just have it there when you needed it and they were fun treats.

I liked everything about our stay. However the weather was very cold and it was rainy and even hailed. I would say that this resort would be better as a warm weather stay, which we have been hoping for. So this was an uncontrollable fact around their part and they did their best the staff was very friendly and helpful

Well located hotel, close to cafe and restaurants. Stuff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and specious. I would stay there again.

It is located next to a club, and we could hear the patrons talking from our room.

The amenities and staff are awesome. The photo-worthy design, inside and out, is a bonus.

Absolutely Fabulous!!! The Bungalows were just Perfect and the Grounds were Beautiful... So Artsy and Whimsical!!! Staff was Wonderful... The Fire Pits... Outdoor Games and Cute Bar were a Nice Touch... as were the Free Bike Rentals and the Snack Room... Highly Recommend!!!

The staff and amenities were fabulous! Spot on as expected and then some.

I couldn't tell if it was music for the common areas or coming from a neighboring room but it was pretty loud on Saturday night. Nothing too crazy given the proximity to downtown. But I wouldn't qualify it as a quiet space in the evening.

Fleur Noire was super comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, the coffee machine was a big hit! The staff members were so friendly and welcoming, we were made to feel at home right away. And the pool was just fab! I’d recommend it to any couples looking for a relaxing break in beautiful Palm Springs.

just about everything—seriously. genuinely welcoming and helpful staff. great, spacious and spotless room. awesome chill courtyard with super heated pool and flowing rose / wine bar. never felt crowded even though hotel was sold out while we stayed. just awesome

1 medium issue was the noise in our room from outside hotel property. we were in the side courtyard away from pool and loved it but area four def, def, def use some water features/ fountains facing walls to adjoining property. we will 1000% return within the year!
