Jeg tager stærk afstand fra at der ikke var nogen direkte kontakt med udlejer OVERHOVEDET. En masse videoer fungerer og er rationelt, men en skræmmende oplevelse. Interpersonnelle relationer yderst vigtige - i særdeleshed når ferie. Fornemmelse af fængselsophold - dog ikke prøvet men antager.

Thank you for a super stay at your apartment in Madesimo. Everything was perfect, accommodation very clean with beautiful modern decor. Lots of added bonuses like complimentary coffee pods , tea, toiletries and even a bottle of wine with biscuits on arrival. When asked for advice on a few things about the resort, Francesca replied instantly and was very helpful. All in all an excellent experience, thank you once again.

The apartment was just perfect for a family of 4 with two small children. The location was perfect and the apartment was beautifully decorated with everything you could need for a short stay. Francesca was super attentive and helped with every aspect of the check in and any issues that arose during our stay. We had a fantastic time!

Apartment small but incredibly well organised. Not the usual apartment but every detail is really taken care off with great taste. Very very clean and very easy check-in thanks to the video instruction sent by Francesca. After few minutes you feel at home. To add the possibility to park the car in the garage. Location very convenient both for some grocery as well as the sky lifts. All in all a great experience surely to be repeated. Last but not least thanks to Francesca for the very kind support.

Felt as we were the first ones in this well equipped and modern apartment. Easy access through codes along with instructional videos that were very useful. Felt luxurious.

Elevator was broken but did not matter much.
