Location was good. Rooms were ok.

Bedsheet was not clean. we wanted to change the room but they did not change it. Poor customer service.

The rooms were good, bedding and linen were good too.

Our check in time per Booking.com was 11:00 AM. We arrived at 4:30 PM and still the room wasn’t ready and we were asked to wait another half an hour. This practice among hotels is completely unacceptable. There was a complimentary high tea included in our room rate and the reception staff pretended to give it to us as a favor against the delayed check in. The restaurant where the high tea was to be served was completely unaware and hesitant. Their cold response to our voucher forced us to skip it. Breakfast wasn’t good. Their coffee machine was broken. The hotel is far from the city.

Nice room with a good outside view. Housekeeping was great. Food during lunch and dinner was very good. Nice ambience. Good mall just across the road.

The breakfast - While there was a good spread of items for breakfast, the quality was not so. The south Indian dishes were mediocre. The idly was pathetic and so were the chutneys. The battura was not anywhere close to what we get in a Haldiram outlet. The watermelon juice seemed too diluted and too sweet (seemed like much sugar added). The fruit spread was good so were the cereal counter, Kulcha chole was good... enjoyed the masala tea. During rush hours at breakfast, in case you have a specific order (and though they will note down your table number), do not wait for it at your table. Better stand patiently near the counter and take it right there. The coffee counter near lobby felt out of place.

Hotel is very clean and look after. Rooms had all the amenities that a hotel provides. Beds are very spacious and the hotel definitely has that red vibe. Staff very friendly. When asked for anything they do provide.

Not a whole lot. Buffet on the first day was a bit slow. Live stations are a bit on the slower side. But that was completely different on the dinner and breakfast the next day. So it could be they were having a bad day. Mohit was excellent. Very good member of staff and does his job very well. Takes pride in his work.

I think what won me over was the extremely courteous and excellent staff. Right from the security guard to the restaurant manager, all were extremely warm and very sweet and helpful. Totally impressed..

The bakery portions during the breakfast could have been better.

Excellent hotel, spacious and modern rooms with superb view . In room dining is expensive but you can ask for a discount they generally give 10-15% They have a nice gym and a decent swimming pool next to it . The soundproofing can be improved as one can hear the noises in the room of people talking in the corridor . Breakfast is the one of the best in tricity considering the price range of the room. Three types of fresh juice , everything you can think of . The location is good for someone having work in the nearby area or looking for hotels near airport, however from Chandigarh point of view location is far

Good facilities and generally friendly staff. Housekeeping team is exceptional and very attentive to detail.

Restaurant staff (especially the bar) are either not experienced or perhaps need additional training to be more attentive. Had to wait and literally wave to people to get them to attend.
