The property location is great and easy to go for water sports. The food is great.

The staff needs to be better responsive, they need to enhance level of cleanliness. And, serve the food per menu.

The location is excellent. Best view of the lake you can get. The lake is just walking distance from the hotel.

The fridge in the room was not working and no one cared to fix it and didn't even tell us before allocating the room. Spa was very basic. Rooms are overpriced since the number of hotels is limited.

I book 2 nights but .in hotel I stay one nigh. So, return one night payment to my card.

The location was good, everything else (service and food) is of poor quality.

The Rooms were not clean, and the promised rooms were not provided. 2 rooms were together but third room was far off. The staff was not trained enough, As we entered the room, it was having very foul smell, AC was not working, TV was not having channels, the staff doesn't want to listen anything. there was no fridge in the room, we had food in the hotel restaurant first in Dinner there was a long hair in the DAL we ordered. and then in the morning breakfast again there was a Long hair in the Paratha, Food hygiene was very poor.

Location was wonderful... Absolutely dream place to stay for couple of nights. Would surely visit again ...
