vacasa it’s a horrible and difficult property management to work. we receive a lot emails with lot requests- everything was answered and paid. but every time we called them, has a difficult time to fix a problem or solve. we found a house with a chair broke, dishes dirty inside the dishwasher, floors dirty, windows with finger prints ( special the front door); the only thing was made right was the beds. 2 bedrooms without lights, because few lamps are broke. wifi wasn’t working, outside area was a mess when we arrived. we called vacasa to check in early they said we can’t because the cleaning team needs time to clean and sanitizer the place: the place looks like someone just show up few days ago and make the beds. after 100 calls, vacasa said: we will send someone to check the lamps and wifi: anyone show up, any calls. nothing. owww two more thing ; a house has only plates and cups, because they had less the 6 silverware. we went on the market and bought extras and we are outside waiting for a code do access the house more the 20 minutes , -13 celsius outside; I’m pregnant with my 4 years old kid. Horrible experience with this company. if they manager better, the property can be amazing.
