Location was spectacular.

The house is in poor working condition. The code given for the door at check in ,was to a non operating mechanism, requiring a phone call. A lock box key was then given for entry. The carpet is extremely warn, portions had a pet smell.. The sliding door to the porch is difficult to slide, takes great strength. The deck is in poor condition, with rotted wood and dangerously exposed nails popped up.. Window sills appear to have never been cleaned; they are caked with webs and debris. Some screens have rips and holes, some are unusable or off the track. The coffee pot is old and imparts a metallic taste to a brew. The towel rack in the upstairs bathroom is too loose for use. The towels were not clean, and required washing before use. The upstairs shower curtain had dirty spots or mold on them. elsewhere. The worst condition of the house was pet dander, in a house that was reported to be pet free. My wife has allergies to pet dander and suffered allergic responses on her skin and breathing.

we had to clean the fridge and dressers out. there were loose wires hanging out of one of the closets and nuts that feel out of the pull out bed. not enough blankets or sheets for the pull out bed. screen on balcony was just leaned up against house. leaves were covering the back porch and there are soft boards on the porch you have to step over

The size and location is great. It’s like a home away from home.

The cobwebs throughout the house, whoever is supposed to clean up before guests arrive should pay closer attention to detail. Minor maintenance issues like the house has speakers all around the house that don’t work. Some yard maintenance around the property would make a huge difference as well. The bugs are out of control, mosquitos and spiders were everywhere. Bring some raid. This house has a lot of potential, It could have been a lot better.

i like the big ceiling fan in the living room.

it was quite outside and i also liked the balcony.
