Lage war sehr gut

Es hätte sauberer sein können, vor allem der Flur, dort lagen bereits bei Anreise Scherben. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein, es gab keinen Backofen. Das Geschirr im Schrank war leider nicht sauber.

In general the appartment was OK. We needed the place to sleep and that's what we got.

Key card didn't work and I called to phone number booking gave me and they weren't able to help. They told me to book another appartment - appartments were sold out. It looked like we will have no place to spend the night. I was very upset and after about hour of calling to several phone numbers booking gave me they finally find some guy who came with functional cards. This was very bad experience. After that the rest was OK, nothing extra, but enough for us.

Well located, very close to ski slopes and within a few minutes walking distance from village center. Apartment itself was clean and causy. Well eqipped with all what's required for our weekly stay. We had a good view on mountains and ski lifts.

Corridors and staircase were not cleaned regularly. It's a pity that ski room seemed to be skipped from cleaning plan... e.g. glass on the floor from broken wall picture stayed there during whole our weekly stay.

House is very close to everything you need (bus stop, swimming pool, cable cars). There is heaps of parking spots just across the road. The only inconvenience is bike/ski storage in the basement which means dragging a bike up the steep stairs.

The flat was really spacious

kitchen accessories were minimal, there were only 3 pots, and the house keeper failed to provide us with knives, even if there was only one. the hob was too little to cook 2 meals at the dame time, with the pots we had.

Place is OK, good location, 10-15 minutes walk to the Hinterglemm city center.

Two persons could not use the Joker card services for 1 day because Joker cards for 2 persons were delivered to us after one day of aour stay and one person could not use the Joker card services for 3 days because Joker card for the 3rd person was delivered to us on the evening of 4th day of our stay. Due to that problem we are very disappointed with the services provided. If the Joker cards were delivered to us on the first day of the stay, the rating would be much better. We also didn't like the minor flaws, which didn't prevent us from using the accommodation, but didn't make us happy: the missing trash bag in the trash can, the missing sponge for washing dishes, the missing detergent, the lever faucet in the bathroom was released, the floor in the corridor in the common areas was sticky.

The location of the flat is very good. There is enough parking space next to the building or on the opposite side of the street. Bergland is cheaper than most apart-hotels in the area, and that shows in the lack of facilities and care given to the place. However, if you are on a budget, Bergland is fine. Just make sure to bring your own items. We managed to make our own meals on the small electric stove and the beds were okay. The shower was small but good enough if you don’t need anything fancy. We liked the ample space in the flat and the large balcony, which we used to dry our washed clothes in the afternoon sun.

Make sure that everything is in good working order upping arrival. When we arrived on a Saturday evening, we found that our entrance door was broken and it hadn’t been fixed yet. Luckily, we were able to get hold of someone by phone, and she gave us access to another flat. We kept that second flat, because the door to the original flat never got fixed during our stay. 😟
