Good communication with the host. Was available almost immediately to communicate the situation with the internet (Telcel had a line down). The location is very secure. Nice AC. Pool was a nice size and perfect for young children. Good amenities in the kitchen to prepare food (a sharp knife would be nice, however). Had laundry machine in the unit.

Beds were very small. I couldn't lay straight in the bed without my feet hitting the footboard (I'm 6' 2" or 1.9m) The pool area had NO chairs or lounges to sit, despite of having a nice covered area that was cleaned twice a day. We found this quite strange. The location, with all the security passes, seemed overkill. It was difficult to get a taxi at certain times, and there was a 30 peso extra charge for the taxi to come into the complex. Better off walking out to the main street by the Oxxo to flag one down (however, not easy with young children).

Very nice apartment in a safe area with everything you could wish for. Very easy and quick check in and communication. Internet was great. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved to cool off in the pool. Big plus for us was the secure parking in front of the door for our car. AC is also working like a charm.

the pool was very good. you need a car to go to tourism/hotel area. 40 min to best beach (playa delfino) Security very friendly. accomondation was very clean. we traveled with our two little children and they spend a beach bucket and more for the kids. a supermarket 5 min feetwalk away. we would book it again

thw street outside was a little bit loud. and the windows doors let you hear a lot at night.
