Couldn't get a happy medium with the shower

The caravan was lovely and comfortable.lots of nice touches.cleaning products under the sink.fairy liquid.and the bowl of tea.coffee.sugar etc.i found this quite helpful having a tiring journey..there was a slight problem,when we arrived at the caravan.but the owner kept in contact with us.so she easily sorted it.with the maintenance man from the site.. lovely disco lights in the shower .all the beds from the singles to the double bed was so comfortable..I had such a lovely sleep.the windows as blinds and curtains.so it hide the light of early morning out..plus the carpets in the living room was nice and thick..when just walking about with no shoes on..the outside space is quite unique.with the lighting.frok the watering can.the gas fire heats the room quite fast.i highly recommend this caravan.it was a last minute deal.our stay in the caravan was fantastic.and if I'm ever down Rhyl again.i would stop in this lovely caravan.thank you so much.from Tracie chana and family.xxx

Quite close by there was a train track.the trains started from early morning.till late at night.after a bit we got used to the noise.so it's was bearable throughout our holiday

it was in good location

it was very hard to keep warm my children became sick the electricity box went on fire and my children were coughing so bad water pipes busted and owner had to put us in hotel witch she then tried to cancel because when she showed up to ose’s cottage she expected us to bring bk are rubbish after 5 days of being there and tried to ring the hotel she booked us in and cancel it was horrible she should’ve have her electricity checked it wasn’t inspected since 2018 just terrible when u have family’s holidaying there

The caravan was lovely, beds were comfortable, the location was good , lovely ornaments.

The kitchen area wasn't big enough for us not enough room to put stuff out I missed the proper dinner area, the show was lovely, but because the shower head all them lights my son couldn't have a shower dew too epilepsy, the club wasn't open only on Friday and Saturday. The shop was the same. The coffee shop not open very often. So not very convenient.

The location was great nothing was too much trouble for the owner it was spotlessly clean. Facilities were great.
