First of all the people that work for the hotel are so kind and helpful! Excellent service in every aspect!! Beside that the view is amazing, and the beach in front of the hotel is one of the best in Greece.

Great location with amazing view. Room was basic, average size, tv with limited selection of channels. Daily cleaning from a lovely smiley lady. Staff was doing an amazing job and always there to accommodate our requests. Many thanks to Froso at the reception for her help.

Bad quality of food at the restaurant. We had dinner twice first time on the first day of arrival and second on a rainy night where we were trapped at the hotel and had no other choice. Its a shame the waiters to do such a great job and have to deal with furious hungry customers because of food. There are plenty of nice restaurants in the island you can visit instead with mouth watering food and better priced. Limited parking space. After 11pm is impossible to find a parking space. Spa/massage was not available although is mentioned on the website. Also very poor internet connection. Only available around the reception. No lifeguard at the swimming pool, is a crime!! All the above were mentioned during our stay and wanted to address them to a manager but was no show.. Overall vey nice hotel in an amazing location that is lacking the attention to detail to make an unforgettable experience to the visitor.

great location with private beach

Breakfast of very low quality, cold fried eggs, no scrambled eggs, no omelette, everything we tried was really tasteless. We had to skip breakfast (although paid) many times. Dinner menu very poor. Room service stopped after 10:30pm. We left a pair of sunglasses on a sunbed, which were found and handed by a couple (residents of the hotel) sitting next to us to a member of staff. Although the staff member (15min after we had left them) first told us that she handed the sunglasses at the reception, when we went to pick them up, we were told that nothing was delivered to them. We spent the next days trying to convince the management, together with the other residents who found and gave the sunglasses to the member of staff, that the sunglasses should be found in the hotel. They never took responsibility and never apologised and of course the sunglasses were not found.

The location at the beach and the views from the hotel areas and the room terrace were fantastic. The beach is marvellous. The room was spacious and very clean. Short distance to the port and very friendly personnel. Good breakfast.

The shower in the second bathroom was not at all closed, so it was impossible to use without flooding. Breakfast: standard coffee was not good, espresso was charged and juices were not fresh. I would have expected more fresh and local products for this price.

the location and the view are unbeatable but the kindness of the staff is a plus too beautiful private beach which after visiting all other beaches in alonissos, I can say the hotel beach is the best in all island

The location, views, quietness, access to the sandy beach and free sunbeds. We were particularly impressed with the courtesy, helpfulness and friendliness of every member of staff across the hotel, especially the restaurant staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the needs of guests always prioritised. The constant golf cart facility for guests to move up and down the steep gradients was very impressive and enabled guests of all ages and mobility levels to stay here. For us, we enjoyed walking up and down the steps amongst the pretty flowering plants. The whole complex is built to resemble a typical Greek hillside village and we imagine it will feel increasingly authentic after a few more years. Breakfast was awesome!

Unfortunately the quality of the beds spoiled an otherwise perfect stay. The mattress was very hard and I found it painful for my hips when lying on either side. We understand that past guests have previously mentioned this and we wonder why the hotel management has not replaced the mattresses to reflect the superb quality of the hotel in all other respects. We thought that a few pot plants/flowers around the pool and bar area would give a cosier feel and link with the beautiful gardens throughout the accommodation areas. But this is of course a matter of taste.

Best beach on the Island and the staff were exceptional. Very helpful and friendly.

Excellent location αnd the comfortable room

The staff were friendly and kind. The location was good. We had a great time in Alonissos and the hotel, I hope my review is factual and helps future guests.

There was no wifi in the room. We were told to restart our phones. The problem was, of course, the signal strength. We were told the "IT guy" would restart the routers. Not sure if they did but during our 10-day stay there was no wifi. The fridge in the room was not even cool. We had to take it out of the cupboard where it was placed and even then it barely kept our water cool. We have discussed both above mentioned issues with other guests and they had similar experiences. A few people utold us that the phones were not working, ours did.
