Perfect location, lots to see and do near to Loughborough. Bob's house is very comfy with separate kitchen, dining room and lounge. Plenty of plates, glasses, mugs etc. Toaster, microwave, oven and hob. Dishwasher too :). Bathroom upstairs with bath and shower. Downstairs little loo with sink and washing machine available. Nice big TV and games and books to keep you occupied. The little conservatory with 2 seater sofa and 2 wicker chairs was lovely to sit in and listen to the birds. Very peaceful surroundings. Lots of space for a family. The Co-op is within easy walking distance. We travelled up from down South by EV and the nearest charge point is at MacDonalds in Warwick Way literally 3 mins around the corner. 2 Instavolt rapid charge points.

We really enjoyed our two nights-stay. The house has all the comforts you need. The lady of the house, who lives next door, was very friendly en helpfull.

This was an ideal location for my sister & I visiting family & friends pre Christmas. We could both park our small cars safely on the drive and there was space too in front of the house. I would be great in the summer too with nice garden & sun room. It was comfy & cosy and everything you needed to stay.

The space. Plenty of room to enjoy the peaceful location. 3 big comfy sofas in the lounge, dining table in dining room next to kitchen and a little conservatory leading to the garden. Downstairs loo. Parking for 2 cars possible. WiFi, TV, games. Very quiet at night, not on a busy main road.

The house is very spacious and fully furnished and appliances, the kitchen is well stocked enough to cook your own meals, and there is a private gym in the yard. The traffic location is very good, there are buses leading to the town center, you can also walk there, and there is also a supermarket around. The house was very quiet and we enjoyed a good quality sleep. The host was very enthusiastic, introduced us to every detail of the house, met our every need, and gave us the original ecological eggs they raised. During our stay, even after we left, the host helped to sign the express delivery for us and store my luggage for free, which brought us a lot of convenience. We were really grateful for that. My child and I had a great time here, it felt like home and we became friends with the host. I sincerely recommend this house to every friend who comes to Loughborough, it is very worthwhile for short and long stays.

All was fine for us, but quirky layout of single bedroom off bathroom could be issue for anyone using all three bedroooms

Very clean in all the rooms and well equipped. You would find it very difficult to get bored here, there were lots of board games, DVDs and books. The owners were so welcoming and friendly and gave us fresh chicken eggs for breakfast. The garden was beautiful and very peaceful. It was a great location for Donnington Park which was the reason for our stay.

A freezer would be great for longer stays / blackout blinds or curtains in the bedroom

The owners are lovely people ...greeted us when we arrived,left love heart sweets on the beds with clean fresh towels and bedding,even offered us fresh eggs for breakfast from the chickens they keep next door...fantastic house ,great people,really enjoyed the stay😀

the only comment i would make which is only small is the lack of mirrors in the bedrooms when there are four adults staying. My daughter and I had to share a mirror which presented a problem when we had to all leave early in the morning

The landlady was absolutely welcoming and such a nice person! The house was in top form when we arrived, it was clean, tidy and the house itself really is spaceous and beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice at all! There is a garden with a cute pond in it, which makes for an amazing relaxing scenery with the morning coffee! AND there is a bath in the man washroom which is definitely a bonus! The area is very quiet, and peaceful, a lovely residential space, with barely any traffic! I was extremely pleased with the whole experience, and so was my partner! I would definitely go back there and I would highly recommend the place for couples and family alike!

There's honestly nothing that I didn't like! I was a little worried about spiders as I have a phobia and the house has a big garden, but even then there was absolutely none inside the house, so I honestly cannot name one complaint that I had!
