Énormément déçu de cette hôtel pour le prix qu’on paye on a pris une nuit fatalité y avait une soirée du bruit toute la nuit on a rien dormi soit disant la soirée devais se termine à 1h du matin ils ont fait du bordel jusqu’à 5h 6h du matin plein de gens ce sont plein le personnel n’a pas fait le nécessaire je trouve ça un manque de respect nous allons remonté ça à la direction car c’est inadmissible une chose pareil

Das Hotel ist recht modern und "unkonventionell" eingerichtet, was angenehm wirkt. Das Auto kann man für 12,- Euro in der Tiefgarage abstellen. im 5. OG gibt es einen kleinen Roof-Top-Pool, der ganz nett zum abkühlen ist. Personal am Empfang ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit uns sprechen 1a Englisch. Es gibt einen kleinen Begrüßungsdrink, den man an der Bar bekommt. Frühstück ist für 16,- Euro optional. Direkt in Laufweite befindet sich ein kleines Lokal "La Carta", das zu empfehlen ist.
Das Hotel ist von beiden Seiten von Hauptverkehrsstraßen umgeben und somit nicht ruhig gelegen. Auch scheint es eher ein Hotel für Jugendliche zu sein, die gerne mal feiern. Preis-Leistung ist ok, aber kein Knaller. War bei uns eher eine Notlösung, da unsere ursprünglich gebuchte Wohnung noch nicht verfügbar war.

Un gros merci à Dorian, Jordy et Killian. Au petit soin . Rooftop superbe. Chambre impeccable. Je recommande cette hôtel +++++++

L’emplacement était très bien situé, à proximité des centres commerciaux. La chambre donnait vu sur la mer.. L’établissement était très propre et agréable, les chambres sont nettoyés tous les jours. L’accueil a été très chaleureuse, le personnel est adorable.

L’accueil, la discrétion, le cocktail de bienvenue, le petit déjeuner, la propreté, la piscine.
Les lits grinçaient un peu trop. L’oreiller pour madame trop gros et trop ferme. Les lits twins qui ont tendance à s’écarter.

Very modern and clean, perfect for transit.

The hotel design and the room was very nice.
We felt a bit unseen by the staff, they were mostly busy with chatting with each other rather than servicing the guests. Perhaps this is the Spanish service but this hotel chain should be known for a prompt and nice service.
The rooftop pool was nice but it has much too few seats and has no service at all. All of the towels were out when we came. Would have been nice to have a seat, some towels and some drinks maybe.....

New hotel, everything as described in the description. Interior was new and in good quality. Very clean and very kind staff. Great value for the money. Recommend the hotel - great option where to stay
very hard to find the entrance. You have to drive in through other company territory (from back) with no signs from the road!

The balcony and the location wasn't too bad.
It was very clean and the cleaning staff were lovely.
No bathroom bin, under furnished rooms. No storage for clothes ie wardrobe , no bedside table, no tea/ coffee making facilities.

Kind-sized room, thank you for that - excellent for a family of 4. Very friendly staff, thank you, including a welcome drink. The beds were extra-large and very confortable.
The only thing that could be improved is the bathtube, that does not retain water from the shower, which means the floor stays wet after shower.

The room had a good size and the staff was very friendly.
the breakfast was rather poor. the bathroom was very small and the room was not so clean, there were things left from other guests under the bedside table which were not noticed upon cleaning. A bit far to walk to the city centre.
