A very stylish hotel akin to other hotels in the W chain, perhaps focussed on a younger affluent clientele. The striking architecture and facilities make it a great resort. Professional and helpful staff, a well run operarion.

A distance from the main town and nightlife, very much a contained resort. Pricing at the restaurant and bar were very much on the high side and seem to exploit that you didn’t have anywhere else to go.

No 5* service at breakfast. Cappuccino came at the end of our breakfast :-( Took a long time before taking away empty plates.

The room was amazing, the food was amazing, the pool was amazing, the staff were amazing. We travel frequently and stay in a lot of 5-star hotels. I would consider my standards quite high and I can honestly say this hotel was fabulous, I can't recommend it enough.

The only one thing was the wifi wasn't great, I just used my mobile data, so wasn't a huge deal for me.

Remote location. Bed fee of 125 euros per night for my son despite not being informed when we booked it. Automatically taking 900 euros from account to cover room tab. High prices of food and drink in the hotel. There is no privacy in the rooms. The bathroom is behind a glass window which leads to the main area so when you come out of the shower there is nowhere to change in private.

Staff are super friendly and helpfu. Room is clean and has a spectacular view.

WORST experience ever. First I booked the room for my 14 months old daughter, my husband and mom. On booking it says the room would accomodate 3 ADULTS. I paid the fee for 3 adults as well. Then, I get an email from the W that my 14 months old daughter counts as an adult. So I had to book an extra-room for my mom, which I did. When I arrived at the W, my room was prepared for 3 adults and NO CRIBS were available. Room cleaning. What's that? Our room was only cleaned once during our full 4 days stay. We had to request that the room be cleaned. Worst, when we raised the issue with the manager, we were dismissed. DO NOT BOOK. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AT ALL.

The hotel is fabulous! Everything about it is luxurious. The restaurants are fantastic, the Sushi Chef is a master!! The beds are wonderful! It’s in a perfect location for a short walk to the beach. I wish we had stayed longer.

Staff is not responsive and lazy Garage access not working properly and there is no one in charge of anything and the word „NOT POSSIBLE“ you hear 3 times a day from any of the employees overall very disappointed by the price and category have been on many other W properties and didn’t expect this
