Very convenient location. Lovely, pretty garden. Feels really safe with security 24/7. Friendly host. Comfortable house.
Kitchen not luxury but it didn't matter for us as we didn't use it much.

Hazel, our host, was very friendly and accommodating of our needs. We requested a late checkout and she was very helpful. The house was comfortable and provided in all our needs. We liked the privacy, safety, the homeliness and the proximity to East Park Mall. Everything was clean, water was hot, bed was comfortable.
There are some slight maintenance issues and the kitchen can do with a makeover, some aging of furniture, towels and linen.

Service is unparalleled. The owner is proactive and super helpful. Very flexible and accommodative. She helped us find accommodation when we couldn't leave for our next destination due to circumstances beyond our control. Most grateful to her.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hazel House. We have a whole house with garden only for us . Hazel has been amazing and very welcoming from the beginning to the end.The house is very located , well equiped and very clean. The safety is also a good asset with one person dedicated for that. We recommend 100% with very high standards ! We will definitely be back there for our next stays in Lusaka . Thanks you Hazel for making our weekend in lusaka great ! You can count us for our next visit in the capital . Alioune, Evans and Regis
