The breakfast & coffee are well done & we appreciate the happy hours as well. The rooms were clean & the staff very nice. It is close to the stores, restaurants & A&M.
I highly recommend to my friends.
I always recommend offering happy hour cocktail & appetizers after a long day of watching swim it’s nice to have time to relax before going to the room.

the staff was attentive and helpful, there was plenty of parking and the location was decent and you could get an Uber to everywhere easily
run down rooms, feels like a college dorm (that can be positive to some people)

The location was great, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.
The shower did not drain well. The room phone had no dial tone and not enough lighting.

Breakfast was OK. Just some Sam's bought stuff.
Very dated, Elevator walls coming apart. Only 1 elevator was working and it was pitiful.

Hardly any water pressure in the shower. AC cut off at night.. so temperature was warm/cool thru the night

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable
Misleading location in the pictures and description of property. Upgraded room to Kyle stadium view. It was a view of the rear parking lot.

The location was great; very close to Texas A&M and the activities we were participating in . The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was ready much early than the proposed check in time. And the complimentary breakfast was one of the better breakfasts for this type of establishment. The room was not very well designed or appointed. The chair was terrible; the bed was too high and not very comfortable; and overall the room design seemed like it was done by a freshman architecture class.

Location was perfect. Pool was clean and there were towels available. Game room was nice, one day breakfast was awesome.
Sheets and comforters in our room were damp on arrival with a strong musty smell. We asked for a new comforter thinking the linens hadn’t dried well between customers/ out of the wash. The next morning the floors and every surface of our room was wet, paper that had been left out on the counters were soggy. We let the staff know and when we returned to our room the floors had been mopped dry, as well as the surfaces, and new linens placed on the beds. We were told they are having issues with humidity. It would have been better if they would have moved us rooms.

We have stayed here a few times due to location to TAMU. The breakfast was great.
There was no shower pressure in room 534, and 517. We finally settled on 503 but it wasn’t great either. Air conditioning was subpar. Toilet seat was very loose and pinched my wife’s leg. This was a terrible experience for us. I think this place could be a great place if the upkeep was happening.

Close to campus
Didn’t have the view that it described to have of the stadium. Mini refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out alcohol was left in it from previous guests. Told front desk about it they did nothing. AC kept going off and on barely kept room cold especially in TX heat

Beds were comfortable. Guys in my family enjoyed the pool table. Breakfast was fairly good. Since we were in town for a graduation, they did have a nice little reception in lobby/bar area for graduates' families.
Maybe this was due to the weather during our stay, drizzling/raining off and on, but when we got to our room it was freezing so we turned off the A/C to try to get a bit warmer, but left fan running. Big mistake, the room became swampy! The floors were literally wet, and the countertops were wet! Towels became damp. It was terrible, had to use towel on floor when barefoot as I could not get into bed with wet feet, and found towels were black from the floors being dirty. Turned the A/C back on to dry out the room which helped, but still remained somewhat damp and just dealt with the cold. We have stayed at other hotels in College Station/Bryan and never had this problem before but those stays were during the Summer time, so don't know if just weather or because this building is an old warehouse looking building and even though they have renovated it to look more like the trendy industrial style I wasn't expecting it to feel like a warehouse. Also they have no awning for entrance to cover you or your vehicle, you have to park on other side or share parking lot with the 24 hour E/R facility next door. So had to walk in drizzle either way. Chose this place for location (although a bit hard to get to, since they do not have real noticeable sign from street so almost didn't find since it is tucked behind some other businesses, even though our GPS said we had arrived) and price was a bit cheaper than the other hotels we had stayed in at this location.

Staff was friendly, enjoyed drinks & live music at the bar.
Gave us a room that was already occupied, horrible water pressure in the shower, uncomfortable beds. A manager was supposed to call me since they had to put us in a room that was sold at a lower rate because of stated issues, but have not received a call.

Location was terrific. Lobby seems really nice with a great sundries shop (though did not carry what I needed.) Live music was nice, but did not spend any time in lobby besides walking through briefly to admire.
No water pressure - I could not even rinse my feet bc water would not reach my soapy feet. Took 30 min to rinse shampoo out of my long hair (hubby with short hair took 20 min!) Construction was terrible - caulk smeared all over floor, screw holes all over door trim, mattress slid halfway off bedframe (my daughter suffered kneecap injury from exposed bedframe.) Elevator seriously not code compliant with plywood ceiling and shelf brackets holding up the light panels! Total junk for $400/night! I would rather stay at the Motel 6 for $150/night during Family Weekend. At least I know it's a cheap motel. Thought an IHG hotel would be better than this. Very disappointed in the brand.

good location and value
A little hard to find from the main road. it sits back off the road; Google maps was confused and signage isn’t great.

Proximity to campus, clean and comfortable.
No lock on restroom door.

The rooms were unique and bunkbeds offer a great way for us to travel as a family without sharing beds with our kids.
The shower pressure was bad. We had a little more than a trickle coming out of she shower head one evening and the next morning. I asked for someone to check it out and was told all they did was change to a different spray setting (we had done that already). The setting they moved it to was the “highest pressure” which just meant fewer streams of weak water flow. When I asked to change rooms they did oblige and moved us to the room next door. The water pressure was still low, but better than the first room.
