Location was perfect, rooms were well laid out, everyone was very friendly

We picked up a rental car at Logan Airport but driving to the hotel I realized there was no real signage at street level to call out where the hotel/hotel entrance is at. There's a big carpet out front with the name, but you can't read it with cars out in front. Signage at the top of the building is easy to see at a distance when you're walking around, just not when you're driving in from the airport...you see the name of the valet service instead.

L’emplacement central très apprécié et quartier très calme le soir. Restaurants à proximité. Chambre très confortable, grande, salle de bain très bien. Nous avons eu un problème de bruit dans la chambre (bloc clim extérieur sur le toit au dessus de la chambre). Le personnel a été parfait, chambre changée aussitôt malgré un hôtel complet. Super séjour !

What’s not to like about this place

Grounds and decor are beautiful. Location is fantastic with easy walking access to local restaurants and the market and the subway.

Sheets are a little rough but the bed and pillows are comfortable.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, die freedom Trial lauft am Hotel vorbei. Das Zimmer ist sehr gross, komfortabel und sauber. Das Bett und die Kissen sind sehr bequem.

Great location. Clean and modern. Comfortable rooms. A quick 15 minute taxi from Airport for about $25 - not bad at all. We would highly recommend this hotel. However, the Restaurant is a bit over rated. The restaurant does not offer bread at dinner - it is not offered and they have none to buy. There are no side dishes of vegetables (not much in the way of vegetables on the menu). Hotel breakfast, if included, is an ok deal, but otherwise be prepared for $25 breakfast entrees, $5 coffee, $8 orange juice. It’s all excellent, but welcome to the $40 to $50 breakfast per person.

The location is close to several eateries.

Struttura nuova e pulitissima. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione alla carta ottima. Ambiente accurato ed elegante, ci tornerò sicuramente.

I liked that the hotel was close to markets and the Italian North End. I was also able to walk to the theater district. They accommodated late arrival.

The neighbors across the hall were yelling after midnight. Fortunately it didn't last too long or it wasn't a disturbance once I was in bed.

Loved the rooms which had the best pillows and bedding I have experienced - so comfortable. Also loved the location and the restaurant on site for breakfast and drinks. Servers were delightful and food was fabulous

Did not like the inconvenience of no min bar or any helpful essentials in the room - we had to go to reception to get a shower cap and dental kit which should be provided in the room as one expects in a high quality hotel. Same with the mini bar. It was a hassle to obtain from reception. I also think the reception staff could be better trained in local amenities and destinations as I asked for a couple of recommendations (restaurants and hair salon) and the staff were unable to assist at all as they said none of the reception staff are local to the area.

Great sized room, 2 main rooms so great for crashing out whilst the other watched tv. Balcony was lovely size and the location to shops and Boston itself was perfect for what we wanted

Sadly the balcony could only be used in the day as the was no way of putting outside lights on, a breakfast would have been nice for the price but not a show stopper.

Great location close to Freedom Trail and other Boston sights. We expected the street noise to be an issue, but it was actually very quiet, even though our room faced the street. The room was tastefully furnished, very clean and large enough for three people.

The staff was not too responsive, we did not get any response to questions posed via e-mail before our stay. Everything could be sorted out once we arrived though.

BED! Lumpy, hard, substandard — especially for what we paid for the room

Location was great and just a block over from the North end; easy access to the T, quick Uber to the airport. Beds were super comfy, room was very clean and housekeeping did an awesome job!

Would have preferred better fridge but this room had a fairly sizeable refrigerated drawer.

What I liked most was the hotel that is new and so clean, convenient location nice staff very friendly and I left my stuff in the lobby and went explore more the city.

Checking in was hour later then other places, no free breakfast, not a big deal
