Location was perfect, short walk to the lake and every venue we were going to. Every thing about the house was great, size of the rooms, comfort of the beds, plenty of linens and everything in the kitchen you would need.

We liked every thing. Only one suggestion a single handle by each toilet for older adults.

Bed was very comfortable, towels were new and very soft. All major appliances worked well, as did the small kitchen appliances we used. Lots of space, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. It was clean. Responses from owner were quick, polite and friendly. Nice new grill and table & chairs in Florida room.

Sofas in TV room sat very low and were very hard to get out of. No arm chairs in whole house, no place to sit in bedrooms. No outside furniture. Had to use personal Google account to get TV to work. No separate bedside tables in two bedrooms, one in master. Very small bedside shelves beside each side of the beds did not hold enough. Only 4 washcloths provided for 2 people. Some outlets were loose and plugs would fall out, so made charging electronics iffy. Screens in Florida room were torn allowing insects in. Yard needs grooming. Trees need to be trimmed to make place more open and bright. Back yard fence is very dirty and needs cleaning to brighten area. Bathtub in second bathroom is sunken below floor level and not safe to get in and out of. Kitchen could use the following equipment to make more user friendly — vegetable peeler, potato masher, mixing bowl (I used a decorative bowl), rubber spatulas. No hair dryer was provided. Master bath window was broken and frame not sealed into walls, open to outside. Not handicapped accessible. No grab bars in bathrooms.

The home was clean and charming , It could use some updating of stove. Although internet was provided I missed having access to local television This would not prevent us from future stays
