The location is amazing literally close to everything you need while travelling ....

I might have missed it with the welcome messages but the door entry I didn’t realise you needed to press the keypad for the numbers to appear, being nit picky though.. it’s a great place

Some noise at night because of location so near to 3 pubs.. settled down after 11pm. Steep stairs to room. Parking £9.80 for 12 hours had to return 11pm to get another ticket! (No 24hrs option)

Done up to a really high spec and was very comfortable

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like, maybe breakfast facilities would be nice but there is plenty of places around so wasn’t a major

Bathroom was freezing and the lighted glass - whilst a great idea- not so great for using the bathroom in the night as it lit the whole room up!!

Check in was really easy and simple - you get sent a code to get into the building and room which is really efficient. The room is nicely prepared ahead of your visit (heating had been put on, radio was on and some water in the fridge). We had some issues with our room (see below), but we text the staff and they got this resolved for us straight away, so can't fault them. In a really good central location. Ahead of the stay, the owners send you a lot of information of places they would recommend nearby which was a nice touch and helpful for our visit.

We were initially staying in Room 6 (family suite), but unfortunately not long after checking in we were disrupted by the guests staying above - the floorboards are clearly really sensitive so we could hear them walking around and lots of movement coming from the bed, this was obviously really offputting and if you are sensitive to noise, I wouldn't suggest staying in this room. Also, this wasn't a deal breaker for us, but the check out time is a bit early, especially when you are staying for leisure - I think 11am would be better than 10am, especially when you can't check in until 3pm the day before, but this is a minor thing. Would be ideal if there was parking on site, we did manage to park on a nearby car park which was fine, but we stayed off peak and I know this car park gets really busy in season, so just an FYI.

Lovely location, really nice hotel for a few nights away. The room was modern and well furnished.

Could have been slightly clearer on check out instructions if anything, but had no issues with any of our stay!
