The cottage was extremely clean and furnished to a very high standard. It was very warm and cosy and made an excellent base while visiting family nearby. Very well equipped with everything that we needed for a short stay. Location is great - Ivybridge being in close proximity to both the moor and the sea !

Main criteria, comfortable beds & good shower! Beds brilliant,shower manageable. Very nicely designed interior with ample wardrobe space & good kitchen & comfortable seating area.
The exterior needs painting & the courtyard, a massive tidy up. Shabby static mobile home & multiple long term lets spoil the holiday lets. TV should be simpler!

Lovely location- nice furnishings
Only internet tv - particularly as we wanted to watch the Coronation
Drive was difficult to negotiate- esp in the dark
More could be made of the courtyard as a seating area.

we loved the location the cleanliness and the decoration. the mews had everything we needed to use as a base and was lovely and secluded whilst only being a mile from the town center. it was very peaceful.
the only thing I personally could have done with was a hand rail for the stairs.

Property was very clean on arrival and the mid stay change of bedding was good. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the shower room good.
The property is quite difficult to access by car involving narrow roads and awkward driveway. There are 2 outside seats the outside area. However, the outside space is not all that pleasant forming part of a shared courtyard/parking area. Whilst the description of the property is accurate the lack of a proper dining table is an issue for a long stay.

We wanted a quiet and remote place to stay for 2 nights and this place was perfect for our needs.... Property was comfortable, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable and clean...great night's sleep!
Would be lovely to add some outside seating,,,,although it did not affect our stay at all!

The rooms were lovely, beds were comfy and tea/ coffee/ biscuits and milk were an added bonus.
The property did not have a name on or the mini trees outside( like in the advertised picture) which made it hard to locate. The pin drop on the map for the location of the driveway did help.

The first floor in the property was lovely and newly refurbished. The master bedroom was very spacious.
The second bedroom was only large enough for a single bed and we managed to fit a travel cot in there as well but if both single beds are up then the door doesn’t close.
This property is not suitable for ‘children of all ages’ as it states. There is no dining room table or high chairs, I bought a booster high chair but there was no where safe to secure this. The travel cot provided is also in a worn/stained condition so would recommend bringing your own (luckily we did).
The downstairs in the property was very dirty when we were there. the floor was filthy and there was a lot of sticky dust on the surfaces. I messaged Joanne who came over immediately with a hoover and mop and offered to clean the property but with two small children this wasn’t convenient. We ended up leaving a day early.
