Location is very quiet and no road noises which is a good one. It was very clean and maintained well. Host is friendly, supportive and understanding.

Very pleasant hosts, keen to help. Good parking, nice shower, plenty of hot water. Nice to have free access to a shared washing machine and other shared facilities as well as private kitchenette and ensuite.

They remove duvets in summer, leaving just an empty duvet cover. Too cold at 4am. On request, we were issued with a second cover. Still too cold on 10° mornings.

The shared area was large and very welcoming. Had everything that we needed. The hosts were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area and how to get around.

Unfortunately we had some rather noisy guests one evening at 3am...

The people who run it were really helpful and very kind.

The location was a lot further away from Heathrow than it looked when booking, so cost me a lot in taxi fares until I found how to get there and back by public transport. There was a disturbance in the middle of the night which really scared me, and the owners had to come to the property to deal with the problem person. So I moved to another hotel for the next night.

Clean, tidy and the owners or mangers were great. They called to check I was settled in and gave me handy info. Thanks 😊

It would be useful to have the business name on the front door. It looks more like a residential premises. The walls and ceilings are thinner then a purpose build hotel. On Wednesday night I was woken up at midnight by someone playing music and the odd shouting. But it soon passed and didn’t happen again. I understand these things will happen and would still stay again.

The room had a severe mould problem in many areas. The cleaner didn't come on the days we were told they would. When the cleaner did come our door was left wide open with all our belongings inside. The house itself is at best a work in progress. There are unfinished plugs and wires hanging from the ceiling. There isn't enough parking for the number of rooms.

Very comfortable and clean, basic facilities but exactly what we needed. Bed was comfortable and Vaseem and Safa were very helpful. Location was perfect for Liquid Leisure.

I stayed here for 25 nights whilst on a training course and was highly satisfied. Great location not too far from Heathrow and 10 minute drive to nearest supermarket. The room came with a microwave and a fridge which was perfect, The room was very clean and modern along with the free parking made it great value for money. The Host Safa was lovely, didn't disturb us but checked everything was going alright when she seen us. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The only negative I have to say was the air conditioning not working in our room, so it was quite hot on a summers night. However a fan was supplied so not all negative

Bedroom had sloping ceilings that were a bit awkward

Rooms quite new, spacious and well equipped. Hosts mostly responsive.

1. NOISE. It's extremely close to Heathrow take off path. Very noticeable noise, even with closed windows, from 6am till 11pm at least. On peak times and weekends, take offs every 1-2 minutes. Needed earmuffs to sleep. Also, a construction site is 60m away, complete with 'dancing builders', which love loud music while working. Music bass thump thump noticeable even with earmuffs, will not lower volume even when asked, had to register a complaint with police and local council. Finally, you hear clearly any activity in other rooms and anybody moving in the corridor, even somebody snoring next door. If other guests like to watch a match till 1130pm for example, you are forced to hear also. One of those guests also twice attempted to open my door for no apparent reason (happily it was locked), quite scary since he did not enter his room afterwards but run for the stairs. More or less, spend a week with little sleep and no real rest even on weekend and on the final night, almost none at all due to other guests. Feeling really ill, had to skip my work and business meetings for that day and naturally left the room 2 nights early, in order to recover. That's actually the 1st time in my life I had to abandon arranged accommodation. 2. Heating and cleaning You have no control over heating, have to specifically ask host to open heating. Was freezing at evenings, with less than 10 degrees outside and no heating, until opened by the host. Saw cleaners only on a Saturday. That Saturday they opened my door without knocking or asking, while I was lying down and afterwards were laughing about it loudly, not even a single sorry heard. I can understand changing linen every week maybe but cleaning once a week is not optimal. 3. Location Although fairly close to Heathrow, public transport links are sub optimal. You need at least 25 mins to Heathrow by bus, 80 mins to something like Hammersmith, much more to London centre. Not much around.
