The amount of bedrooms

In one of the bedrooms, their were alive ants crawling on a pillow on two occasions. Pics were taken! The kitchen ceiling & fan was full of heavy dust so the kitchen ceiling fan could not be used. Also within in other bedroom. One of the toilets you had to remove the toilet tank lid in order to flush it so any waste could go down. The outside of the home was not welcoming the siding when walking inside was absolutely horrible. The pool had tons of leaves in it.

We loved the space available for our large group. Could use 2 twins or bunks instead of the futon in upstairs bedroom. Room darkening curtains would be a great upgrade for late sleepers. The pool was awesome and the location as well. Speedy response when air conditioning unit stopped working.

The house needs repairs and cleaning in windows and sliding doors. Much of deck furniture was broken, need more seats and comfort for the deck area. House needs a good power washing. Appliances are old and work slowly could use updated appliances.

Liked the large living spaces in the house, the large wrap around porches outside, the game toom and large kitchen/eating area.

The siding & front door at the entrance needs to be cleaned. It has spiderwebs, dust, dirt & gives a bad first impression to a really great house. The windows & floors need a good cleaning.
