it was brand new and clean

my son was hurt at 4am on the property with a bleeding head injury and staff wasn’t trained for a emergency situation or even have a first aide kit available. we asked several timers if something like a incident report needed taken and they said no. the morning manager wasn’t even alerted of our situation by his night staff I had to tell him that we had to rush my 6 year old child to the er at 4am because of loss of blood and poor setup in the room. he was apologetic but didn’t really seem to do anything to help the situation and took my name and number and said property insurance would reach out to me- which they have yet to do. my son was hurt on their property due to a bad room design with sharp end tables next to the bed and they didn’t seem to care. we now have a large out of state hospital bill and I don’t feel we are liable to pay it since he got hurt on the property. it’s been a very hetic stay. we were there for peppa pig world and play and having 3 staples in the back of his head he just didn’t feel good at all the day after and wasn’t able to r her out activities we drove 5 hours from home to come and do and enjoy. staff was very nice but unfortunately undertrained and mark the manager did absolutely nothing for us to feel like the situation was some what justifiable. still waiting for insurance to call us.
