We had a wonderful summer vacation at this modern apartment. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a real treat, and the two-bedroom setup was perfect for our family. The apartment felt new and had large smart TVs, making our Netflix evenings relaxing. The well-equipped kitchen was handy, and breakfasts were delightful. The location was excellent, with easy access to hiking trails, cable cars, and caves. A surprising highlight was the petting zoo next to Tatralandia aquapark. Plus, we loved the convenience of a keyless room entry code. Despite nearby construction, it didn't disturb our peaceful stay. A forest with a rope course right across the road was a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

While our stay was great overall, there were a few issues worth mentioning. The pillows were a hard, making them less comfortable. The bathroom's no-threshold shower stall caused water to splash onto the floor, and we had to use a squeegee to keep it dry – not our favorite setup. Additionally, we found no appliance instructions in the apartment, leading to some guesswork. However, the staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for assistance. One thing to note is that we were initially unaware of a chlorine tablet floater required for the jacuzzi, which would have been useful to know from the start. Despite these minor inconveniences, we still had a pleasant time and appreciated the staff's support.

Due to the non personal check in there should be any information placed in the room, e.g. there weren't any info about the breakfast time and place. The kitchen could be bit more equipment (more plates, glasses, mugs). Unfortunately the restaurant was closed.

Spacious appartment with all the amenities needed and especially the ski-boots drying rack device. Location is just great - right next to the ski-slope (150m) and nice views. Private outdoor jakuzzi also makes it even more comfortable.

Very cozy apartment with a wonderful jacuzzi. The Hotel is really close to the ski trail, bus stop and lifts.

We booked our stay with breakfast included. However, breakfast was not worth the money paid. It was always the same, very little variety: eggs, sausages, bread, poor selection of fruits, yogurts and etc. There was never enough food for all the guests up to the point that some had to leave without having had a slice of bread. I would say if we stayed there again, we would not book breakfast.

Ski equipment dryer, spacious room, fast wifi, decent kitchen, parking lot, access to the room by entering pin number.

Honestly I got a feeling these days everything has to look good on pictures on the first place. When you eventually reach and see the place, the good impression you had before vanishes. So were to start with my complain? Door knobs were almost all broken and falling off the doors. The toilet is separated from the bathroom (it's on the other side of the room). Crappy thing: you have to prepare breakfast by yourself - they only leave the ingredients in your room late afernoon the day before - exactly what we were looking for during the weekend rest. Now, in order to bring you the stuff they need to enter your room - even if you are not there. And guess what, the person that left as the breakfast ingredients for Sunday left the door open so anyone could enter to our room. Absolutely unacceptable. When raised a complain we get a cheap champagne in return (better than nothing). And speaking of the plate of ingredients, we get way poorer one for Sunday just as the person that left it, kept couple of things for him/herself. Don't expect butter or olive oil - enjoy the dry bread. There is also no way to manually adjust temperature in the room, keep it in mind. In the bathroom there is an electric heater but there is no socket to connect it. Restaurant and also reception as it works as is mostly closed during the day and quite dead when open (16 - 20) - I doubt you can eat there anything.

Comfortable, newly built, using a lot of wood and stone, big interior spaces. Entering into apartments by pin code. Equipped with ski boot dryer, microwave oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Close to the ski slopes. Restaurant/bar on the base floor. Car parking next to the building, used only by own guests. Very helpful staff!

Lack of consumables (toilet paper mostly). One evening all of the apartments ran out of hot water.

New modern building with new furniture and appliances. Stable wifi. Close to the slopes. Pets allowed. Quiet. Good blinds so you're not disturbed.

Toilet is separate and to get there you need to go trough unheated entry way. Would be nice to have bed cover as place is studio. Some supplies are in very limited quantity (e.g. dishwasher pills, coffee capsules).

Great location! Very spacious and clean. Take your own soap and shampoo as these are not provided. We enjoyed the stay very much.

The receptionist was exceptionally kind and friendly. Lovely stay.

We did not like that there are now so many hotels, trees cut down, buldozers everywhere. Not a nice view.

Location. Soundproofing of rooms. A place completely devoid of soul.

The apartment was spacious, ideal for a 2+2 family. Jacuzzi was a huge bonus and made the stay totally amazing for the kids.

It wasnt ideal when it comes to cleanliness. Found a few hairs on the bathroom mat and in the bedrooms under the beds. The display message on the jacuzzi read that the water should be changed in 1 day when we arrived, which was disturbing. The pillows are way too flat and therefore uncomfortable

Great apartment, very well equipped. It's all new and very big.

New clean apartment, we had a room with jacuzzi on small terrace. Very close to Jasna ski resort (better said between two cable car stations :D).

It would be nice if there are barriers between terraces so you have more privacy in the jacuzzi.
