it is a beautiful area very relaxing quiet picture perfect the staff and owners were available and eager to assist if needed went out if their way to help make our stay as comfortable as possible

was not appropriate for some one with disabilities very difficult to navigate with wheelchair and other assistive devices also although identified as bed and breakfast except for the morning of the wedding there is no breakfast

Gorgeous grounds, well-kept facilities, great communication, attention to detail - all were amazing. Snack bar, coffee machine - available 24 hrs - great bonus! Beautifully maintained property!

no insulation between rooms. We stayed at the "barn" and we could hear every word our neighbors uttered. The neighbors weren't loud, just quietly taking - BUT we heard everything, which was awful and disruptive even with earplugs.

We arrived to a dark house. No answer at door. My call was answered with a text indicating they were not available. A call to another number was answered by a man who said to call back later. We never were able to check in or stay. We had to find another hotel for the night, even though I had confirmation of my reservation. No explanation.

The staff/owners are the best people you could meet. They accommodated us early and we had car trouble where they offered me tools in the house to fix the issue no problems. Perfect balance of accomadating and respecting privacy.

Insulation of sound through the walls was the only complaint I could think of.
