Café da manhã muito fraco, sem variedades, com produtos de baixa qualidade e ambiente barulhento e hiper lotado. Além disso, foi feita uma cobrança indevida e muito superior ao valor definido na reserva. Absurdo

We stayed in a wheelchair accessible suite. RM 528. The Elevator timing is Very Fast to close I use a Rollator walker and door closed on me two times. We had to keep pushing the outside button to prevent elevator door from hitting me and my Walker. I am only 60! The room was a Great Size. Bed was extremely comfortable to sleep in. My joints didn't pain me in the morning. Complimentary breakfast was delicious with multiple choices...egg choices...cereal, bacon, waffles, mini samosas, fruit, berries, yogurt...4 types of bagels...the hot trays were constantly filled and on weekend breakfast hours were from 7-10 am. We went at 9:30 am. Just the right time as kitchen closed sharply at 10 am.

I didn't like the elevators closing as fast as they Did...not for people who have Physical disabilities. Sensor needs to be changed so that doors don't close on you AS You get into the elevator!!! I found the Water pressure in the Shower Horrible. The water trickles out all shower heads...or even just the shower handheld. I wanted to shower at Nighttime before bed...as a female it took a long time to rinse all parts. Water pressure needs to be much stronger. On the day of checkout I didn't bother to shower at Hotel because water pressure is Horrible in RM 528!!! I have long fairly thick hair....It would take at least the double time to Wash and Rinse my hair properly so I made sure I would shower at home because home water pressure is at least 5x stronger than in this Hotel room. For Safety the Walk in shower area...the bench seat attached to the wall should have grips on it...when water Hits that bolted seat it is Very Slippery. There was a rubberized may but it was very small. ***My Suite was also supposed to Have Two Wing Chairs in It, which it did NOT have, just small sectional.***

This was an absolutely amazing hotel. We have nothing bad to say about the hotel at all. From checking in, to the wonderful breakfast and not just toast and muffins, a full hot breakfast buffet, to the staff who were so friendly with top knotch customer service, and welcoming us upon checking in and telling us if there was anything we needed to ask. When checking out, the front desk clerk made checking out so easy and asked us if we enjoyed our stay, and if we had any complaints. No complaints at all. Clean , comfortable and modern rooms. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. Our one night stay was great. Very easy to access, located near many stores and coffee shops, yet out of the way if you are looking for a quiet place to go to. Free parking, room sizes are great. I could go on and on, but trust me it is well worth the money. See for yourself :-) . If we ever go back to Brampton, we will definitely stay here again. If all the other hyatt hotels are as wonderful as this, I will be renting rooms from them too :-)

Kitchen was not open on my last two stays to order dinner or food in the evening in house. Breakfast had no option of scrambled egg whites or warm/hot boiled eggs

Beautiful rooms, loved having the fridge and couch, continental breakfast was nice to have and delicious, appreciate that pay per view movies are still available (many hotels don’t have them any more).

Only complaint is I wish it had a hot tub, other than that, it was excellent. Will still highly recommend.
